  • I wish Chuck Norris would allow this song to play without any fucking ads.

  • ...mos def and the black keys together....on such another level.

  • the black keys blazed this, and mos def is just brilliant.

  • i love riding my bike to this song

  • @classicyroxi real thugs rip razor scooters with der shoos untiEd

  • Yo...how can i miss this fucking album!!!!

    Its Fucking Awesome!!!

I wonder why fuckup album like my world jb can be worldwide!!

  • lyrics?

  • "Skinny Jeans aint hip hop!"

Last time I checked this wasn't a jean commercial!

  • @MrRoryDennis sorry but listening to POS shits on this statement.

  • @MrRoryDennis Man, you're really missing the point, aren't you ? lol

  • @MrRoryDennis you're an idiot

  • @MrRoryDennis

This isn't a rock and hip hop collab dude. It's actually rap with a blues backing, and quite frankly, it makes today's symphonic hip hop tracks sound like S***.

  • @MrRoryDennis I'll join in the fun. You're stupid.

  • @MrRoryDennis

OK, so since Mos gets some indie love you're gonna lump this in as some skinny jean shit?

Look who else they cut tracks with on the album- Ludacris, ODB, Raekwon, RZA, Jim Jones, Q-Tip. That's some certifiable non-skinny-jean shit right there.

I think their getting love from real artists (and fans) on all ends of the spectrum because they are real artists interested in making real music, by themselves or with others, regardless of whatever genre it is or isn't.

  • @MrRoryDennis You mean RAP and rock collaborations, right? Hip-hop as a 'genre' is already heavily characterized by crossover, thanks to the sampling/dub most hip-hop uses. I actually find it surprising that anyone still thinks there are clear lines between genres in music. Also, the Black Keys are blues-rock, not really typical hipster indie-rock ("Skinny Jeans"). Can't you just say that you don't like it if you don't, without attempting confused justifications for your dislike?

  • @MrRoryDennis cunt

  • this is dope. my design teacher introduced this to me when i played a black keys song in class. i was hooked. hiphop and rock unite in the best way!!! this is epic

  • favorite rapper and fav band. TOGETHER

  • DAMN! Em soooooo RICH right now! On Innninininin ON!

  • listen to it so control control control i widhshs i had it all hahahahahahah you know what i am talking about

  • This is how you make rap/rock. You put together talented people from each genre. Most of rap rock is full of assholes who want to do both but aren't good at either.

  • @voracious32 Yeh you should check out Gorillaz - Stylo if you havn't already feat Mos Def and some other dude, its pretty sweet, a good collab between three great artists!

  • @voracious32 much as i love this album...it dont hold a candle to roots, seed.

  • 4 pussies dont know music when they hear it

  • one of the best albums in the past ten years

  • @meotoko77 would that just defeat the purpose the roots already do this rock rap thing

  • @Mugen904 Well the roots have a full band but not a rock sound. So if you had Black Thought on there FUCKING YEAH!!!

  • ?How can you not like this...

  • wow, rap can be good

  • @aaronloughlin Wow, Rock that isnt Rage with a decent subject matter, who would of though?

  • @aaronloughlin

of course it can be, that's a real ignorant thing to say.

  • @aaronloughlin I would give that comment a 6 on a 1-10 ignorance scale.

  • Real talk this shit is dope as fuck!

  • @pNuT661 The Black Keys are currently working on another Blakroc album with guests including Chicago-based hip hop duo The Cool Kids, as well as Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, Jay Electronica, Stalley, and the trance fusion rock band The Disco Biscuits among others.

    From WIkipedia.

  • so happy to see people still appreciate real music

  • @femaniane

I'm using that, great job :D

How long does it take for the ringtone to get texted to you? its been like 5 minutes....

  • Good album, fantastic artwork(I love those colors).

  • i complete agree. i love the artwork so much

  • Total Controlllll

  • bause

  • this entire album is my dream in a nutshell

to be the producer for a project in which you only work with the best of the best while everyone is having a good time

Just watching the webisodes and seeing how everyone was so into the music while still having a good time honestly broke my heart because I'm never going to be able to have that kind of chance.

All my respect to Dame Dash and The Black Keys for putting together this album.

  • Keep workin at it man

  • well said...Fucking amazing

  • I think the artwork works perfectly for this album...that goo seems to correlate with this uncommon foreign "dirty" sound and its taking over

  • The artwork needs sum work. It's kinda unexplained cuz it doesn't even vaugely resemble anything that could represent the album name or band. The songs great though. It kinda sounds like an evil villan's song cuz the beat is kinda dark and the lyrics are mysterious :)

  • the artwork is fine it shows the filthy street sound on this album rather then the polished fruity stuff we hear nowadays. this album shows there is still hope

  • its unique ya'll!!!!

  • the artwork is fine.

  • I agree, the artwork (if this is it) doesn't have the energy it should.

  • is this really the artwork? I will still buy it, because it WILL sound better than shitty compressed downloads, not to mention support what everyone is calling, "dope" & "a return", but really? For a project this exciting, the cover art is boring.

  • WTF. ahahhaa

it sounds like you dont know what the fuck you are talking about.

jay-z cant ever in his life sound better than mos def

  • dont agree, jay z's not 1 of the biggest rappers of all time for no reason

  • i know jay-z is good but better than mos def...nope.

jay-z WAS a top rapper/MC but now he is just alright.

  • ripplesonablankshore unfortunately on your reasoning elton john is not amonst the biggest performers in the world for no reason & U2 are not the biggest rock band in the world for no reason. Yet they're both absolutely shite. Interesting

  • im also not a fan of either particularly but i can see past my own opinion and appreciate that theyre both top performers and very good at what they do,or were very good.

  • fckn dumb ignorant bitch.

hahaha go listen to w.e you are into.

jonas bros. or lil wayne...taylor swift.

    fckn douchebag.

  • lol my friend made that comment, I don't even know what it is what did I say?

  • Comment removed

  • Is that what I said or are you telling me to get a life?

  • mad dope!!

  • thank you, any chance you can get 'what you do to me' up?
