  • hello great video; isnt the 65 guitar cleaner & polish enough to remove dust and things? Is still better to use a product like the very first one you use?? by the way the 65 kit comes with a string winder??? and finally after all of this is done what kind of every day care you apply or do to the guitar?? any help is greatly apreciated

  • what is that thing that you rubbed your fretboard with??? where do i find it?

  • How often do you get new strings for it? Do you ever have a hard time changing the strings?

  • Hey do you do this often to your guitar. How hard is it for you to do that. And do ever have problems with the stings.

  • @jamesrootfan100 It's up to you how often you do it. It really takes about 5-10 minutes every times you change strings. Just use very little of each products to avoid build ups. Problems with the strings? Not sure what you mean, I do change strings every other day or so. Hope that helps

  • Does this work on non glossy guitar finishes?

  • @linkinparkfan415 Sure, you might not use the cream for gloss finishes, but all the rest is just the same.

  • Hey! I can't determine if i should use the Dunlop Lemon oil or the Dunlop fingerboard kit (the 01 cleaner & prep and 02 conditioner) for the rosewood neck on my Ltd Viper 400. Could someone help me please? :)

  • @Gu1t4rJ4m1995 Well, you can use both as long as you don't over use it. Use the lemon oil for your daily maintenance and once in a while you can do a deeper cleaning using 02. just don't over use any products as you might end up with buildups. The 01 is great for frets, then either a cloth, leather to smooth 'em.

  • isent it best to use that 800 cloth then the Fret spray and etc.?

  • Frets - Steel wool

    Fretboard - Lemon oil

    Body - 65 Polish/cleaner

All I need. Dunlop are an awesome brand, thanks for the video.

  • can you use the kit to clean gold hardware on a guitar? nice vid?

  • @kingsalmonsteak Sure just use a tiny bit of 01 on a piece of cloth.

  • are there any equivilent cheaper guitar cleaners like this?

  • @blackstars26 This is the best value set. it goes up from there when going to luthiers prods. Old English lemon oil is great.

  • I bought this but i just want to make sure... Is this ok to use on those nitro lacquer finished guitars?

  • @conker313 Yes as far as I know it's ok to use it on mitro. Many Gibson users would go with Gibson Pump Polish for their nitro.

  • Thanks for the video, very curious on how i should do this. My jacksons are filthy, can't wait to pretty them up.

  • do u get the stringwinder in the kit too?

  • are the cloths and stringwinder included in the kit?

  • The cloths are included. The stringwinder comes separately for about 5$. Planet Waves has a great one with cutter for about 13$.
