Thank you very much, I've cut my hair since this video as I used to much heat and lost my texture :( ...As long as you wash your hair, deep condition and moisturise daily your hair should thrive. Also drink plenty of water, and moniotor your hair..if your experiencing breakage up the protein HTH :)
Wow, your accent took me back! I absolutely loooove it, especially because its the exact same accent from the movie Wallace & Gromit, which is one of my personal favs <3
No problem, let me know how it goes :) I've had my hair professionally coloured a few months ago and wish I stuck with the Dark and Lovely, it gave me the exact colour I wanted! I guess we live and learn
You have a very pleasant speaking voice. Have you ever thought about doing voice-over work? Oh and nice video too. I'm scared of using the foil technique.
awww thank you, what a sweet comment. I have never thought about doing voice over work, wouldnt know how to get into it. Why are you scared? Its quiet simple and really effective
I didn't bleach my hair ... I just used exactly what came in the box ..there is bleach already in the forumula but its a minmal amount, becuase our hair is dark .. you need something to lighten the hair first. With dark and lovely its all included within its forumla so its great! Ive expriences no breakage at all which is what I was initally concerned about when lighting my hair
you did a great job applying it and the results are really really good!! i have used the exact same dye before, when i was relaxed. Yes, the smell lingered quite a bit the first time i did it, so the following times, i shampooed it with a sulphate shampoo straight after dyieing, it may "tame" the colour a bit, but it got rid of the smell. I then usually deep conditioned twice a week for the following 2 to 3 weeks, to make sure my hair didn't dry out. I'd suggest you use a nice and heavy leave-in
@louloumatou with a nice moisture sealant on top, maybe something that contains castor oil or avocado oil, this will prevent further dryness. I really like the way it came out, compliments your complexion, great job! :)
Thank you for the nice comments!! Next time I'll defo use my Elasta QP creme conditioning shampoo which is sulphate free, becuase I found it really odd not to shampoo the chemicals out. Next time I'll also try adding some oils to the hair colour.. Ive heard of adding it to relaxers but never colour .. so thanks for the great tip!
@louloumatou do you like the elasta QP shampoo? i am going to be trying their H2 leave-in and mango butter soon, and i just have the feeling that my hair will love it! i love my creme of nature shampoo (both formulas, with and without sulphates), my staple, very moisturising and cleans well. Going to watch your other video now on flexi rods. :)
I love the elasta QP creme conditioning shampoo, its my fav produced by a company!! I also like AVC (apple cider vinegar) and baking soda and water to clense the hair. Ive never tried the h2 leave in becuase its not avaliable in the hair shops near me :(

No proble at all.
Do you mean darken or lighten your hair?
Hairolic 1 year ago
@Hairolic darken.. right now its brown and i want to darken it to jet black
magneticjesse 1 year ago
@magneticjesse
Ohh I see, yeah you can use any box dye to get it darker. Its easier to get your hair darker .. than make it lighter.
