It just moves the bluetooth radiation (which is still less than a phone) away from your ear (which has skull as protection to your chest which has much less bone to protect you)... were you listening to the video? It comes down to where you want your cancer.... the "Smart&Safe" thing isnt radiation free... if you read the fine print it reduces the radiation through the tube but not from the bluetooth piece the tube is attached to which is next to you still... useless.
