  • nice jam guys, I play for church to, but we are more contemporary BUT I wish us white folk could change it up and play some gospel. haha nice drummin man

  • how comes all da churches aand church drummin videos i see dey use motif es8 keyboards

  • I'd have to say it's because they're pretty good keyboards. A lot of keyboardists rate them very highly

  • Aye Im play for church; Jus started im pretty good; but idc bout all this tunin a stuff; as long as my snare an Bass sound good IM GOOD ! :)

  • That was a really smooth groove. I loved the fills as well. You have a great deal of control even at lower volumes. I also play in church and had to gain that same control. In the middle of the first half, you started some DrumNBass which was cool. My questions to you is (1) What snare is that? and (2) How did you develop your hi-hat technique like at the beginning where you had very fast but clean strokes while opening and closing and going from 8th to 16th notes?

  • Hey, thanks for the comments. God bless you. As for your questions:

    1) That snare is an old Percussion Plus snare that I just used because it's all I had available at the time. To be honest, I don't necessarily like it, but I had to use it so....yeah. I did lol

    2) My hi-hat technique? That's always evolving. I'm trying to find ways to do things with more efficiency, speed, and control. I just practice rudiments, and nowadays I'm experimenting with the Moeller technique.

    God bless you!

  • I wouldn't even charge to tune ur drums... next time please tune them before u put a video on youtube... Nice kit wit the aquarium heads tho

  • at 6:20 you started gettin off and that end fill wasnt clean
