It's a patch for an ISO image of the game. I'm not sure if that falls under the category of roms (probably does?). Sorry, I'm kind of bad with this kind of terminology. Anyways, you'll have to find the ISO elsewhere because Phantasian Productions will provide only the patch for download.
Oh, that's ok. I have a feeling that it could be for the actual game, in the past I've seen an English patch for the Japanese version of Tales of the Abyss that you put on your Memory Card to activate the patch. So it could be the same for Destiny.
I know for sure that the patch won't work that way. You'll have to rip the game DVD to an ISO with ImgBurn, download the patch, move some files around, use the patching utility, burn the ISO to a DVD, and then pop it in a modded PS2 capable of playing backups.
That isn't how it works? Wow, the site that told me that didn't know what they were talking about then, lol. Either way, my guess is that the patch for the game will be applied the way you just explained to me.
Tales of Destiny really was a good classic Tales game! I kind of liked it more than Tales of Eternia.. Not sure why.... Although the game has crashed on me a few times whenever a spell was cast... >_>;; Not to mention that the entire second half of the game was depressingly boring BUT those are the only faults, IMO.
No wait, playable characters other than the Swordian users really ticked me off for just... just being there. Hopefully they're better in the PS2 version. :S
Who is Stahn engaging with in 1:03?
When I was younger and played the Ps1 version I always thought it was a stone wing.
Man, I'm dumb.

That's the Swordian Berselius. I probably shouldn't say any more than that.

Can't wait to see more of ToD.
When you said that there was going to be a translation patch released, do you mean a patch to the actual game? Or a rom?
