I'm on a constant 500calorie per day diet:D and I'm a long distant runner too but the day before my run I usually eat 3 meals high in protein and carbs;) and the morning of my run I drink a shake an hour before my run and I perform super well;)
Ok, take it from someone who knows form personal experience. Sure, if you starve youself one day you might feel skinny. But then you can never eat normally again without gaining weight. It doesn't work at all. Every day i am forced to add up my calories. I am controlled by my fear of getting fat, and i spend my nights on the treadmill into the early hours of the morning. It's tiring and miserable. Not eating is NOT the way.

yes no joke. but ur matablaism WILL slow down idk how i still ate after that and still managed to loose weight.
and i mean like i ate 3 McChickens a DAY! yet i still lost 5pounds that week. and ther was so medicine herbs or trick. i just stopped eating my SCHOOL LUNCH and it worked like that :)

she is fine the way she is now, heck she looks better then me im 5ft 7in and even tho im tall u can tell im fat.my doctor says i need to loose 30-50lbs to be considered healthy and not overweight.
It's important to eat at least a little, cause if you don't your metabolism will sloow loads! I know, its happened to me and after 6 months of getting it back to normal and gaining all the weight back plus more may I add I know its not the right way, now I just eat more in a morning and then at night make sure im feeling a little hungry before bed, therefore I know I won't end up putting nothing on overnight, oh and make sure you excersize lots :) well its clear it didnt work for you, lol :L
your already too skinny you shouldnt be dieting at all let alone starving yourself.
