1. There's an item called "Deva Aura" that allows you to stay Digivolved out of battle and go into battle already Digivolved with full HP and VP

2. In a party, their Digimon are already out aswell as yours.

How do you send in Digimon Evolved?

It's a special Item you get from from the cash shop called an aura. A normal aura only lets you keep your digimon in evolved form outside of battle just for show, but the deva aura lets you enter the battle with it.
