A little over 20years ago a 12 year old boy was playing with his basketball in the street on Acto Street, NJ. Some teenagers who were drag racing on motorcycles weren't paying attention and ran him over and killed him. it is said that if you go on Acto Street, turn off your car, and blink your headlights 3 times you will see the figure of him bouncing the ball. Now that you have read this you must post this on 4 other messages in the next 10min, or you will die in an auto accident
Umm yeah what was the point to pass up the ENGINE???? when it was going just good i seen you did this 2 times, why would you do that when you aint got no water or persons to be first on location. i understand you was responding but when you got behind the ENGINE why pass it going to same location as you???
@1983carolinaboy Well, that was not an Engine, that was a Tanker. The purpose of a Command vehicle or response vehicle is to arrive on scene and take Command and give direction to in-coming apparatus so the apparatus and its crew know what they are to do when they arrive on scene. Maybe you need to study up on incident command and scene size up.
Damn Chief, Another great video, I hope I can come meet you guys some day. I look on here every day to see if you have any new vids. As always great vids and keep them coming and be safe...!!!!!
you guys are about the same size as us. we have around 85 sq miles and about 5 miles of i-70 and average 150-200 calls a year. id like to video some responses but i only live a few blocks from the station so it wouldnt be much of a video lol
Great Vid Chief!! Awesome display of teamwork between a car and what looked like a tanker. Thanks! Stay safe! Were getting ready for this huge snow storm... ugh more snow! :( haha
