There one boss that has totally changed was Dr. L that he changed into a monster ( I think) and he reverse the attack

I forgot he cast "reverse something" if you hit him you're healing him so instead you have to attack yourself or who ever has a low HP ( about to die) and he cast again to reverse to DMG them. So time yourself what he cast before you confirm your attack.

FFIV DS is definitely the hardest incarnation of FFIV, especially with the way several boss battles got re-worked.

I dislike FF4 DS. Doesn't have the same feel as it should for an FF. But I haven't played the original or the GBA port, so I don't know for sure.

Random retarded question because I am sure I could figure this out if I looked long enough... how do you make the fade out last longer than a couple of seconds? My Windows Movie Maker can't seem to answer that for me :<

I use Virtual Dub and a "FadeFX" filter that I found online for it. (I don't remember exactly where I got it from, but the author of it is "Scott Elliott"--hopefully that helps)

At 0:41, it sounds a tad low...

And at 0:51, it sounds like you might need another low note in there.

I'm not sure. I've listened to those parts a couple times now, and sometimes, it sounds alright. I notice more when I listen to the DS version immediately before.

Oh--at 0:41, it might sound lower because I didn't have the low C during the first repeat, but I added it the second time for effect. At 0:51, a few seconds later, the same section repeats, except with the added note (for the same reason).  =P I think it's a bit boring to just have it be the same both times, so I like building it up and filling it out during repeated sections.

Hmm, that might be a good idea, but even if I did use Noteworthy, I'm still going to come back to Mario Paint.

The thing about Noteworthy is that it's INFINITELY flexible. Meaning that...if I want to do anything that's at all commendable, it'd have to be a complete remix. Which I don't mind, and I've wanted to do. >=]

Within the limits of MIDI. Make sure you know what note is for which drum on CH 10, there should be a reference file in the samples folder, put it to good use.
