Everyone told be to buy an iphone 4 so i spend a load of money and walks from the store happy. 2 days later and not a thing with this iphone has made me happy. u have to get a case. the silver band around the phone is the antenna for service wi-fi and bluetooth. Apple gives out free cases for i phone 4 users just go to google and type apple case program. i just received my case and service is like way way way better.! no lie

@hassa1122 You shouldn't NEED to use a case to make your phone work properly, especially when all the cases take away the style of the phone and make it look like shit. It should be an optional extra for idiots, NOT a necessary accessory.

@hassa1122 The back won't get scratched because it's reinforced glass - the same kind of glass as the front. My point is that we shouldn't HAVE to use a case to fix the problem. You're going on about how it's okay to have a case - I'm saying it shouldn't be necessary - Apple should fix the hardware of the iPhone, not just make everyone use a case that ruins the look of their product. I'm glad you love your case, but that's not the point.

@BasketofKindling Yep I agree,My 18 month old iphone3g 16GB white has cracks all over the back casing,which started at about two months!SERIOUS quality issue with the plastic.The Battery life is shit!I would rather the phone be thicker and actually last a couple of days rather than not even one!The charging lead which we all use real regular,is too fockin short!!I end up bent over when its plugged into a skirting socket!!The worst thing of all I bought my phone outright!(400 UK pounds).OUCH!!

u have to get a case. the silver band around the phone is the antenna for service wi-fi and bluetooth. Apple gives out free cases for i phone 4 users just go to google and type apple case program. i just received my case and service is like way way way better.! no lie
