@lilheather9852002 I do Not count caloires. I do watch portion sizes thouth. I dont know your age & weight etc. Have you looked on google to see what is a good amt of calorie intake for you? We Never want to go TOO low on calories cuz then we go into starvation mode and start storing more fat

I agree April 1st sounds perfect. It'll give people a chance to get used to carb rehab. & then when April 1st rolls around everyone should be ready for the next challenge! But teaching people about portion sizes is something that should be done ASAP because that's so important. Even if you're not eating "bad carbs", if your portions are out of control it won't make a difference in weight loss.
I started a healthier lifestyle in sept I was 212..now I am a188....and I went from a 16 to a 12...let's keep it up... we can postpone...that way people already have all the eliminating carbs and other info already...from now..there really is no way to regulate...if not we still good
A week ago, I told a girl with the thunder thighs (nothing like tonya, mind you) I had a lightning rod, and I still have to put an ice pack on my balls. Stilettos hurt.
That top part of the hips where you were 36 is the toughest part of the body to loose wieght. I'm skinny everywhere but right there I have fat pockets that won't go. They just poof out of my clothes to make me look fat.
After you loose wieght every where else you will still be working on that area.
Congrats to u on ur weightloss and staying focused.I will do my measurements n RHR.I want to be a size 8 or 9.I am stagnated at 211-213..going up and down between 2-3 pounds..but I just switch my regimen so hopefully it will change and I will lose weight and be in the 100's soon.I am with you on whatever u decide.I just don't like wearing t-shirts only tank tops.Still I am in there with you.
