bearing in mind being in north africa does not mean black people. when we talking bout egypt whether it be then or now the general populus is not thinking a group of blacks sub saharan. they are think of black but in the tan white person sense like most israelis look today. when whit people say tall dark n handsome they not talkin bot subshran african blk. it means mid east type of black, which is dark. coincidentally many blks globally still fit this group as well. ie america,caribbean,europe

The Ashanti kingdom and the Kingdom of Mali which followed after the fall of the Ashanti. And then I wonder where the Almoravid come in since it was the same Army general who conquered parts of the Ashanti kingdom before invading Spain?
