It's amazing that the most hilarious lines ever (this and the other Timey-Wimey line) come from the most creepifying episode ever. You have no idea how long Blink made me sleep with the lights on because *everything* in my room was the shadow of a statue until proven otherwise. And it gave us this! Also, I gotta love the Doctor's approach to tech speak. If this was Star Trek (especially TNG) you know it'd be "it reads the cascade flow of the chronometric positronic duotronic muons" or some such.
