I just want to point out that "cussing" doesn't make you a bad Christian at all... in fact, she's uplifting her pastor by saying badass, which is a lot more Christ-like than condemning somebody because of the language they use.

Sure that would be great, except as I already pointed out, saying badass in relation to this topic is actually wholesome, because she is uplifting those people. The context of Ephesians and that verse (which is one of my life verses) is to encourage people, not to ban specific words from your mouth. I think that it's integral that we understand that simply because the society we grew up in stigmatizes those words doesn't mean that you aren't a christian if you use them...

If you're asking whether they're Christian or Muslim or Jewish, Muslims don't do worship bands, and the Jewish bands aren't rock at all. They're more like classical music with harps and lyres and stuff like that. lol.

Convention is amazing! I sat in 107 in 2006, 105 in 2007, 106 in 2008, and 108 in 2009. It was my fourth year going on five=] I love the candlelight service. I just love seeing it go from one candle to like how ever many thousand=] lol But convention is the best experience ever, I always come home feeling so much closer to God! Every year gets better and better, so if you are given the opportunity to go next, year, do it! I was 12 my first year, and i plan on going til im too old for youth=]
