I had a similar problem as you. as in matter of fact, I have 5 videos I had uploaded to my channel of a neighbor that keeps on yelling without stopping all day and all night. I woke up tired and upset. the problem started 3 years ago that got worse. I notified the property owner of the problem for 3 years and finally the property owner had taken care of the problem.

I have similar neighbours,theyre always awake during the night,&i have to get up in the morning to get to work.They are some stupid uneducated animals,who don't understand the human language.I believe it all depends on where they come from and aswell as the respect they have towards others.Whenevr i speak to them, they just go like okay okay, but next day they continue.Police can't do anything and so i have to sleep when they sleep.
