I am 12 years old. This movie reminded me of my dad so much. Me and him were never really close until his last couple months with me. His last 2 weeks with me I found we had something in common. And we never really got to be "father and Son" because I was always ignoring him. But i regret every moment I wasn't with him and if i can go back. He is now away from me and I can barely ever talk to him. Do not make the mistake I made. I wont be able to see him for 5 years. =(

I love this song. My uncle is in the Army and he had to leave in 2008. My nana was in the hospital and he had to leave while she was there. Then a couple weeks later my nana died. He didnt even get to say goodbye to her because she was asleep when he left. I miss you Uncle Bill. I love you.

My dad fought in Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971 he came home to a broken life became a alcoholic and drug user....that didn't kill him. He fight the war every day in his head…He couldn't get any help for his bad health for the strips he protected....The war finally took him away he died at the age of 61 from Agent Orange...deterioration blood vessels. My father really died in the war he never came home and I never got a chance to know him. I saw him a few times in my 39 years...I Miss u Dad
