I think 2 more spent a couple of months and Mychal Bell was in jail for 9 or 10 months then was on "house arrest" (with weekend passes - he was arrested while on one - and going to school). They made a plea and apologized so they only got a few months unsepervised probation. Bell pleaded guilty and got a lenient punishment considering he had broken a prior probation (for beating a girl) 4 times.

@AlvaroAndfriends No. Some of them were only in jail for a couple of hours. I think 2 more spent a couple of months and Mychal Bell was in jail for 9 or 10 months then was on "house arrest" (with weekend passes - he was arrested while on one - and going to school). They made a plea and apologized so they only got a few months unsepervised probation. Bell pleaded guilty and got a lenient punishment considering he had broken a prior probation (for beating a girl) 4 times.

I've never met a Haitian who wasn't kind, considerate, respectful, well spoken & generally respectable. When I hail a cab i always hope the driver is West African or Haitian. Truly humble, considerate people. I've done business w/West Africans & had a white Scandinavian friend who married a Haitian. They were initially charged with att. murder (4 were adults - 1 of the 2 juvies - Bell - had a severe rcord and wass almost "adult" so he was charged as adult) then it was lowered to agg. assault. ONLY Mychal Bell claimed he made a racial slur & he changed his story several times (actually claimed to be helping Barker against unidentified "black boys" at first). Others say Barker laughed at Robert Bailey earlier in the day as Bailey and co were going around threatening people on an alleged "hit list".
Also, all but 1 or 2 of the Jena 6 have substantial rap sheets both before AND after this event.

The nooses were hung over 3 months before Barker (who was not involved in the nooses) was attacked. There is no evidence that the nooses had anything to do with Barker's attack. Members of the Jena6 had significant raps heets and school disciplinary recorsds long before the nooses. That was just an excuse. At least 4 of the 6 have been arrested since, for crime ranging from violence to shoplifting to trespassing to vandalism.

No two humans have exactly the same DNA, if that were the case then any form of variation would be nearly impossible. Remains of Homo Sapiens have been found in the same locations as Neanderthals, but having lived in the same cave does not mean they did so at the same time. If Homo Sapien Sapien's were mating with Neanderthals, there offspring would not have been viable (able to reproduce), like when a donkey and horse mate and produce the sterile mule.

There is less of a genetic difference between horses and donkeys than there is between homo sapien sapien's and neanderthals. When a horse and a donkey produce offspring, all offspring are sterile without exception. This is true with all other species, as you would know if you knew anything about what you're talking about.
Based on that, one can say with nearly 100% certainty that even if a human and a neanderthal DID mate and produce offspring...

The relationship you've been referencing is the one found in the Qafzeh cave in Isreal, in which both Neanderthal and Homo Sapien remains were found, they are from roughly 92,000 years ago.
You're delving into the realm of Archaeological Anthropology, and as such I suggest that you find anthropologists who support your claims.
