@sephatu Western spagetti is only dried, but the noodles that you see in these instant packages are usually deep fried. That's why they say that it's so unhealthy to eat them. =)
@sephatu there are different type of noodles. These ones are called fried noodles even though you eat then in the soup :) it's the way of making the noodles themselves I think
