The third landing shows a pilot on a xwind approach not using the correct controls. He uses left rudder to straighten the plane and completely neglects banking into the wind. Which is why it gets rolled almost to a wing touch. Bad pilot.

Not at all. Crosswind landings are actually quite easy. All you need to do is point your towards the wind (so that you don't get blown off course) and once you are about to touch down with your main gear, apply opposite rudder to straighten out the plane. Of course it gets more difficult depending on the wind speed, angle of crosswind relative to the runway, and gusts. Every licensed pilot should be comfortable doing crosswind landings.

The Jet Blue landing was well done. The landing gear had failed mechanically. I remember it because I was at the airport when it happened, watching it on TV at the terminal.
The JetBlue landing (4th one with the front landing gear exploding and flaming) was actually a miracle! The landing gear was STUCK in that position. It is AMAZING that the captain was able to keep the plane so perfectly straight on the runway! Any deviation could have caused the aircraft to spin out and roll and kill everyone on board.
first of all, for those who dont know what their talking about, all of the landings when the plane is sideways is for crosswind correction. because of the engines being so large on the wing, and themselves being only 7-10 ft off the ground, proper crosswind correction cannot be used (as in ailerons into the wind and opposite rudder to keep on the centerline) because of damage to the engine/wing. the planes were meant for side loading (wheels not going the same way the plane is)

that last guy just about broke all the rules of landings in less than 5 seconds...I cant believe he has a multi-rating.
