  • wait how are you losing weight? my friend took diet pills for a month and she lost like 10 pounds and looks awesome. i REALLY want to take them also cause nothing else is working. you claim you're losing weight by being healthy. pleeaasseee give me tips.

  • It's working your looking better every time. I'm doing it the healthy ish way and not getting very far only lost about 10lbs. I'm really going to push myself in the next few weeks though!

  • Honestly - watched all three of your vids. Your a good looking girl, not big at all. All you need to do to drop a few pounds is go lean (Lean meats like chicken), cut out all the sugar (no sugar drinks, no carbinated drinks - stick with water and green teas or light teas like that) and get in 15-30 minutes basic excercise 3 times a week. You could drop that little tummy in no time. You dont need to be as small as you want - try 190 or maybe 175 and you will be sexy as hell.

  • I learned recently... that the reason most people nowadays... and just in general are overweight/sick, is because their colon is clogged. XP With toxins and parasites and all kinds of things that just sit there... for YEARS. For most people their whole life. *shiver* Seriously... you should find a local clinic and have your colon cleaned out. I wanna do that as well for myself. I feel so gross!

  • if your personality is not ok, nobody will give you a second look. go to the roots of your problem. when you are a tiny skeleton you will see that it wasn't your weight which kept boys from looking twice.

  • Agreed, i fight too and its annoying. you shouldn't want to be anorexic, most of all you shouldn't want to be a stasticit. you don't want to be a number of people who've died from various organ failure because then your nothing, your a number. And besides, being anorexic wont help you loose weight you'll loose all your musel and then 130-140 will look excatly the same except jigglier, softer, fatter.

  • lol.. 130 140 is not fat.. are u nuts? haha.. 130 140 its pretty heavy lol.. my doc said my healthy weight should be 140-173... but thats for my hight.. for a short person.. 130 140 look not as good.. becous ethan they got a fat stomach like mine.. my friend is 135 she is 5'8 and she got a big stomach.. :)

  • im saying because you loose musel you will be in the correct WEIGHT but the but over FAT. In other words, low weight high body fat percentage, you'll look like you didn't loose any weight at all.
