I had the fortune to go to the Tokyo Parks both last year and this June and I'm very curious how you were able to take this without being asked to stop filming. They are very firm, yet extremely polite, about their no camera policy in any attraction. Surely they would have asked you to stop had they known you were filming. How did you do it?
Yesterday I also experienced such an evacuation. In a 4D cinema in Germany, there was suddenly a loud bang during the movie and everything was turned off. After a few minutes the light went on and a technician said that there was a technical fault in the power supply and we had to leave the theater. The cinema remained closed until park closing!
@gameplayer951 I *believe* they would tow subs in the lagoon back into the docks and unload you there. Inside the actual building, there are catwalks above the water-line for evacuation. I was evacuated from the late, great 20,000 Leagues in the Magic Kingdom in 1991 that way myself.
Damn TDL is so clean!

撮影禁止の場所(撮影はご遠慮ください)と言われてる場所で堂々と撮影した動画をアップロードするモラルの無さに、撮影者&投稿者に失望します

You are lucky to be evacuated from this ride. At least it meant you didnt stay on it for long! Worst ride in Tokyo!

Makes me wonder how we'd get evacuated from Finding Nemo over here in America...

@DeepSixed300 Huh, very interesting! Must take a long time, though.

This is a great video. Well done for capturing this fascinating look at the normally unseen parts of the ride.

btw, what was it like being evacuated from Journey to the Center of the Earth?

So interesting to see the ride from above! I'd never seen a ride evac video from Tokyo Disney before.
And from what I can tell, the cast members are just directing you and apologizing for the breakdown. :)
