Picking up the phone number will decide your ending. If you do not pick up the phone number memo off the ground, you will get the bad ending. If you pick up the memo, you will get the real memo i have do it but makoto was a ghost..... and leaved the phone number on the ground....

No, is not the real ending man, there´s still more chapters with another character, and in my oppinion are the more scariest chapters from the whole game, more in the hospital, that´s for sure, so don´t stop playing it, you must finish it to experiment more suspense and scary scenes ^ ^ You´re pretty funny in the camara

Before you get to close to the ghost girl, use your cell phone to call her cell phone. You get a different ending that way. Hopefully you already have her number, i can't remember lol. Hope that helps.

@darkrayne20 At the first time, you don´t have her number, after the bad ending you replay all the game but in Makoto´s playthrough and after that, they repeat the same scene after she remember her dream and finally she gets the number for the good ending.
