My my, didn't realise you knew me in real life. I do speak both Indonesian and Chinese. I speak Chinese mandarin fluently and almost fluent in Indonesian, comes from doing a Ba Arts in languages.
For your information I have to been to Spain, even though I try to forget it. It was part of a around the world trip I did, including Britain, France and Italy, then onwards onto less civilized countries such as the USA.
But why should you believe me huh? Have faith, you give enough to your sky god.
Someone so focused on their past culture must be unhappy with their current circumstances.
You must be so ashamed of the @^!# hole that Spain is that you use the past to defend the future.
Genuine tradition? Theres no such thing as a non genuine tradition. Tradition is the way people live their lives, their daily rituals, their activities etc. Just because Australia's culture only goes back 300 years does not mean we lack culture, or traditions. We have our own, not yours. Close minded fool.
Oh dear! I can't speak Spanish! How terribly uncultured of my country! HAH! You've got to be the most up yourself, little piece of Spanish sewage I've ever seen, and I saw a lot of Spanish sewage on my trip there.
Can you speak Indonesian? What about Chinese? I didn't think so.
You've still yet to tell me how does culture make a better place to live? And how Australia's own culture is any worse than an Archaic one such as the Spaniards?
No, you're just being prejudice in saying that all Australians are British criminals. You're just guessing, for fucksakes. Perhaps you should read a history book on Australia before you make such audacious and fundamentally flawed comments. Perhaps in Spain they teach students to hate everyone who doesn't bathe in pure grease?
Bad memories of flying with Iberia airways. Cross Atlantic flight to the USA from Madrid, terrible service, poorly trained pilots, plane was in a terrible state, dirty, old, not working, and several people on the flight thought it'd be a good idea to smoke in the toilets.
It's Iberia airLINES not airways, how do you know Iberia Pilot's are poorly trained? on what basis do you judge it? Have you done the training your self? I bet not. In any case, many Iberia pilots are trained in the US, so it's good old american training. People smoking on toilets used to happen a lot on MANY airlines, it happenend to me once flying a British low cost a long time ago. I have flown Iberia about 20 times (10 trips) and I only have onecomplaint, cold food and...
... I do however admit, Iberia does have dirty Aircraft, but only on the outside. Cabin crew are usually friendly... as for stuff not working, it also can happen in any airline. I paid flying another low cost 2 GBP (British Punds) for a headset, and then, the entertainment in my seat didn't work, so I had to get a refund.
I suppose I'm just spoiled from the services that Qantas offers, I have yet to be on an airline service that was as high quality, although BA was also very good.
Poorly trained pilots was probably an exaggeration, but they did have a terrible landing in low turbulence conditions. But my other points still stand, on the Iberia AirLINES flight it was cramped, dirty, and poor service etc.
What I'm stating is my own experiences, if you note, i never said the entire company is like this.
And Spaniards are decedents of fanatical religious zealots who demolish any thing that resembles free thought turning the entire population in a bunch of cowardly god fearing imbeciles.
Not to mention the inability for the Spaniards to defend their own country from desert nomads from the South.
I can play this game too buddy. Not my fault if the standard of living in Australia is miles above that of Spain, don't like it? migrate to Canada or somewhere, just not Australia, don't need idiots.
You show your lack of a good "general culture" that distinguish the new world countries from European countries. I'm sure you're unable to see the difference between a Romanesque cathedral and a Disney castle. You know nothing about European History or Spanish History and its vital influence on what we call "Western Culture". You mistake Spain with some latin-american countries.
Please, read some books, newspapers, international reports, an atlas... you'll see that Spain is very high in the Human Development Index and ahead Italy, Asutria, Germany or UK. Search at google. Oh, and Spain is nowadays the second country that receives the highest number of immigrants, just behind USA.
Mm, it sounds like you have something against So American countries, so I´ll take a stand here. Please, keep all the culture and past to yourself. As we say down here, only museums live from the past. Maybe Spain is a fine country to learn about history, but I wouldn't bet a dime in its future. So, it´s a good country to visit and then get out asap. And yes, Iberia sucks. Probably not the pilots, but the cabin and ground crew are a bunch of unpolite, unprepared and arrogant people.
And thanks to what you call "desert nomads" and jews in Spain (a rich and sophisticated society) we can read some of the greatest philosphers like Aristotle and Averroes. Many of the roots of European culture can be traced back to that glorious time of arts, science, architecture, etc. Those fanatical religious are one the most liberal countries in the world. We have llegalized gay marriage and adoption with the approval of more than 70% of the population... So review your stereotypes.
Your opinion is based on stereotypes (that's why I wrote my post the way I did, I know anglosaxons), and you can't judge a group of professionals based on a landing. I've travelled with BA several times with different experiences. Iberia pilots are not better nor worse than BA or AF pilots, but they are known for their smooth landings, that's true. However I doubt you've travelled with Iberia...
Oh the hypocrisy is so thick you could slice it! Note, "Your opinion is based on stereotypes..." then read, "And Australians are descendants of convects and whores."
Statistics show Australia is a better country to live in, with higher HDI, GPD PC, Life expectancy.
However these differences are not large enough to warrant any sort of definitive case.
You've a terrible time with comprehension, I stated my experiences with Iberia Airlines, not what the entire company was like.
Australia is not a better country to live in based on these statics. The differences in HDI, GDP, life expectancy, etc. are minimal, and Spain is a country in Europe, with the largest heritage in the world, just behind Italy. We're the 2nd touristic destination in the world. We have a great way of life. Australia is so isolated and new... how many Romanic Churches, Roman constructions, Gotic Cathedrals, important museums or Renaissance palaces do you have? How many classic authors, books, etc?
No we're not you bitch. Most of these 'convicts' you speak of are just peasents who stole loaves of bread. Hardly convicts. All of the murderers and rapists were hung before they made it to Aussie shores. Law enforcement officials were tight arses in 18th century Britain. People got prison for impersonating an Egyptian for christ sakes. Get an education in Australian history before you make such audacious, blantantly incorrect and provactive comments, fuckwit.
yes, it can, but it doesn't mean that you still take off. It means that if 1 engine dies in mid flight, the plane won't just drop out of the sky. It would be able to find a runway and land
It's kind of like 'can a car drive with a flat tire?'. Yes it can, but you shouldn't do it and you won't have the performance and aggility you expect or control.

Plus the speed tells you he was taking off.
