  • They were flawless performers

  • Einstein...many articles, songs, interviews and many other facts have been published since Michael passed! You ARE freaking wrong and another so called MJ "fan" who has a freaking fantasy going on! Go find Marlon and any other one of the worthless Jacksons and knock yourself out! Fantasy works for you obviously and I'm not wasting any more of my time talking to a numb nut like you! Get over yourself...IDIOT!!

  • I have never heard Michael say anything like that but I guess cindys413 is the expert (sarcasm) Marlon had trouble dancing when he was young but he mastered it later on. Marlon and Jackie were great dancers!

  • @memdiva "From start to close, there is only one real star of this show; it may be billed as a Jackson's tour, but it's Michael's all the way" - Newsweek Magazine, July 16, 1984.

  • @memdiva “People used to call him ugly and make fun of him— and people would say, ‘Which brother is that one?’ He constantly imitates me on stage. Whatever I do he’ll do right after me. I hate when that happens because he looks too ‘doo woppy’ and so old-fashioned.”

Michael Jackson previous interview : News of the World Magazine published September 20, 2009.

GUESS I AM AN EFFIN EXPERT!!

  • @cindys413 LMAO!!! Ummm I think you should get your sources together because if this was published September 20, 2009 but he died June 2, 2009. why wait till after he was dead to publish this? it makes no sense! So try again lmaoo!!

  • Michael's brothers are the strange moans.

  • They should have just called this the Thriller tour.

  • Michael Jackson....pure talent out of this world.....he will always be the greatest

  • Actually Michael commented in his interviews with Rabbi Shmuley that he hated the way Marlon always tried to copy him on stage and that he always looked so old school doing it. He also stated that Joe was really hard on Marlon because he was the worst dancer in the group and always had trouble getting the choreography down! The TONS of articles and research I've done over the last couple of years and before has NEVER revealed anyone in the family thought Marlon was a good dancer!! Sorry!

  • Btw, the song's title is "This Place, Hotel".

  • @UrlsGrrl54 before this place hotel, the title was hertbreak hotel!

  • @Mathurathan That title was never official. Btw, you spelled "heartbreak" wrong.

  • @UrlsGrrl54 yes i know (error writing)

  • If Michael could be continuos his carrer with his brothers what brilhants shows and musics that would be make. It´s a shame, because Michael Jackson was a genious and people like him never born twice.

  • Marlon is a beast just like Michael. lol

  • @allensmith1629 he is a good dancer too but it's so annoying how he copies Michael, I think even Michael was uncomfortable with it

  • @allensmith1629 LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RI-I-I-GHT!!! Not in this lifetime or anyone elses would Marlon touch Michael. He's the worst dancer in the group and looks spastic most of the time!!

  • @cindys413 lol I think he's great dancer, even Michael and his other brothers thought so.

  • I heard a song The Jacksons did with Micheal from his Off The Wall album. I look forward to Tito's solo album soon.

  • Is that Marlon behind MJ? Wow why have we not seen his moves before? He's just as good at dancing.

  • MJ did a lot for his family and they (especially the brothers) should have been grateful that he even wanted to re-unite with them after the sucess of Off The Wall, let alone Thriller. By this time, he was done with the Jacksons and was ready to move forward with his blockbuster, historic solo career. It is evident that MJ didn't need his brothers long before Thriller, but this concert really put the icing on the cake. Look at that boy go, he's lighting fast, precise, and daringly entertaining.

  • @Darslow I agree 1000% with you, Darslow! It was way past time for Michael to cut the apron strings from his brothers. He didn't owe them his entire career, his entire LIFE. They all started out on equal footing. Shame on them or sucks to be them that they weren't as talented or gifted as Michael.

  • I like how he do that funky walk at 2:09 like he sayin' "yeah I got this"

  • i started cracking up when the whole jackson family was doin the hee-hee's

  • @mls1914 he was there but couldn't be on stay because of his knee injury

  • lol craxks me up watchin marlon because he dances his ass off! and according to American Dream, he had it hard comin up tryin to get the choreography..! he's my boy! dances like there's no tomorrow! get it boy!

  • GOD, i would never say this about any man in the world but Michael, but Michael's just hot and soo sexy :) X

  • There is some debate on how Jackie hurt his knee. I saw a 1984 youtube video saying he needed surgery because he had bad knees from all the years of playing sports. Others say he hurt his knee after his then-wife attempted to run him over with a car after she found out he was cheating with PAULA ABDUL...yeah that Paula Abdul!!

It would be funny if the 'Angry Wife' story was true because of the inspiring/bizzare rise to fame that Paula Abdul experienced after the alleged incident took place

  • @mls1914 Jackie hurt his knee right before the victory tour. Some nights he was there, but he didnt dance Randy ended up taking his place.

  • Michael said he didn't want this Victory Tour to be recorded so others could make more of a profit of him, that's probably why there is no official video/DVD of the Victory Tour. I'm guessing the local TV news stations who were allowed to film portions of The Victory Tour are the ones who have leaked all this Victory Tour footage. To me, the Victory Tour was Michael at his best because he was at the highest point of his success and it was before his physical appearance made a drastic change

  • @seeehorn The BAD Tour completely blew this concert out of the water!! It was the single most AWESOME thing ever!!!

  • @seeehorn He knew they used him to sell tickets! Read the reviews of the Victory Tour. The critics say this should have been the Michael Jackson concert & that the show just validated the fact that MJ was the ONLY superstar in the group. The Jacksons couldn't sell diddly squat without Michael. He was forced into the tour & the Pepsi commercial that burned his hair by Joe. His appearance didn't change much until after the History Tour. His show was always stellar anyway. Not sure what you mean?

  • @cindys413, have I run into you on youtube before!! LOL

There WAS a bunch of videos from 1984 in which people(Al Sharpton, media, fans) were blaming Michael Jackson for overpricing Victory Tour tickets. His brothers, Don King and Joseph were the guilty ones, but MJ got the blame. Also, seeing Michael perform live with a bunch of punk-rock looking guys and not his brothers doesn't look right to me. I'm guessing Michael put more effort into the BAD Tour because he was free from his family

  • I saw the Victory Tour at old RFK Stadium in Washington DC. I just framed the program the other day in my music room. Have not seen a better concert since that night.

  • would LOVE to get my hands on a dvd of this concert...just can't understand why this and others jackson's concert are no available for purchase

  • I love how Tito breaks into a guitar solo and the cameraman zooms in on Marlon doing air guitar....

  • 1:28, please tell me what he says there because he says it in a lot of his performances. I don't quite understand...

    God bless.

  • Now there MUST be a whole video of this somewhere by LUROD Production.

    When will it be released???!!!

  • 0:10- Marlon is getting his sexy on...mmmm. When Mike went solo, he hired other dancers, but NO ONE could ever replace Marlon.

  • That was his best moment: young, tireless, no playbacks, no lies around him... Rest in peace, Mike. Your talent and your music remains here forever.

  • I love this song and the performances of it. I'm hoping to perform it soon, I recently recorded it and I have done a few performances. I'm not an impersonator. But it would be nice to hear what people think. My videos are on my page, if anyone would like to see them. Please watch and comment. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much RIP Michael You will forever be missed.
  • i love this song

  • this seems like just yesterday...amazing....

  • He was so hot BLACK.

  • this when skin started to change

  • Can you buy this video anywhere? Hopefully it's on dvd format by now.

  • I caught two shows at the Dodger Stadium in L.A. November 1984! It was absolutely the most amazing performance I'd seen up to that point or since. I could never adequately but into words what I witnessed. You just had to be there. There will never be another Michael or anything close. He will be missed!

  • Will somebody go ahead and invent a time machine already? Damn!

  • this place hotel

  • Marlon Is Copying The Shit Out Of Michael Lmfao

  • @MYheroMJrip I notice that too, it is funny...Michael still did it better

  • @MizzBranNu10 Lol he was also making random sounds like hawling or something

  • @MYheroMJrip i can't blame marlon coz they've been doing the same routine since they were little, but i would say they don't look too good doing this freestyle dancing. i would much prefer that if they dance with Michael, they keep that choreography J5 style... oh, i dunno, just my idea.

  • @graciana83 but i love michaels freestyle. its sexy. but the rest hmm not so much.

  • @MYheroMJrip oh yes, i love Mike's freestyle onstage, too, very sexy, unique, what else... i just cant take my eyes off him when he does it, i might miss some moves that i haven't seen before :) i mean, the rest of the brothers... :)

  • The title is THIS PLACE HOTEL ;-)

  • i love this song!

  • danserchique@ better himself of course he was working..for them at some point.he was the only star between them so i agree with youthat he kicked ass by himself :)

  • HOT

  • The Jacksons(Michael) did take a lot of the moves from their beginnings(late 60's-70's) and used them in this Victory Tour and future tours/shows, even the 2001 reunion had the vintage moves

liltat19, I saw that part when Marlon and a few others went back to 2300 JACKSON STREET and said Joe was hard on him, but he never confirmed the things Michael said. To me, Michael's accusations about Joseph was more about him being fed up with Joseph asking him for money and trying to boss him around!!

  • i just watch them on sky the guys are legends i love to see them live even without michel i bet they will still rock it

  • Comment removed

  • 2:04 lol michael's dance... idk hes been doing dat since the early days

  • What is an example video on here that shows him doing that when he was little?!

  • yeah guys,, um let's concentrate on the good side of the family ;)

LIKE HOW TALENTED THEY ARE ?!!

    LY MICHAEL

  • A lesson to all who follow - a reminder to those who know - honor thy mother and father so that your days on Earth are long. Joe did what Joe knew. Funny thing - ole' fashion Joe Jackson beat downs are missing these days - so we have more crime, murder, teen pregnancy, ah damn, the list goes on! Jettisoning Joe Jackson as their manager, dear Michael and Janet started the clock on the world entering your 'world' and beginning to 'sift you as wheat'. Now what?

  • @blqceaser ,RIGHT YOU ARE !

  • MsStorm1111, You are exactly right about Schmuley. he did not know Michael at all, but had the nerve to give his opinion about him in this book. He was just like Bashir. They both wanted to make names at Michael`s expense. But did everybody notice? too many people have been trying to put down Michael in many ways, for so many times, as hard as they could, even some of his family members....but they never succeed. The JUSTICE is on Michael`s side.

  • When did Marlon ever confirm what Michael said about his father being abusive? I wrote before that Michael was a VERY sensitive person and it was real difficult to deal with an aggressive guy like JOSEPH, but you also need to take into account that after MJ released Thriller and became a worldwide icon, Joseph was always asking him for money, bossing him around and trying to force him into bad business deals. That stuff must have REALLY pissed of MJ and caused him to rebel against Joseph

  • he said that Joe was hard on him the most on their reality show they had. This was when him, Siggy, and Tito went to their childhood home. He said he was tough on him and that was a moment then that if he'd look at him as if he did something wrong he would just cry anyway

  • jandys joker pants are Kicked!

  • Wow, I didn't know he was crotch grab happy in this time too. xD

I know he did it subconsiously because he is feeling the music.

  • I saw an NBC interview with the JACKSON 4(Where's Randy??) and they mentioned that many parents at that time acted like JOSEPH. It may not be right, but lots of adults feel the best way to discipline kids or others is through fear and hostility.

The only person I have heard confirm what Michael has said about Joseph was Latoya. Years later Latoya claimed she was forced to say bad things about her family by her ex-husband. Latoya is very suspect

  • If you want to learn more about Michael's relationship with his dad (in his own words, not from some secretly recorded PRIVATE conversation) you should listen to Michael's Oxford speech. It's posted here on youtube. Michael said he forgave his father a long time ago.

  • LaToya is always lying, tryna be startin something. She will say what the tabloids want to hear to get money. She's just like her father.

  • marlon said it too!

  • this is like the ONLY victory tour video i could find on youtube!

  • About the abuse issue, it looks like JOSEPH was mean to all the kids, Michael was just more sensitive than the others and took it worse. To me, all the Jacksons(except Tito) have a real passive, sensitive make-up which they get from their mother. Michael was the most passive/sensitive of them all and it was probably REAL hard for him to deal with a BULLY like Joseph. None of the other Jacksons seemed to have a problem with Joseph.

  • Actually I think I remember MJ saying that all the brothers were afraid of Joseph & use to run & hide when he came home!

Also MJ said he & Janet used to ask each other what they would do if Joseph died..

the whole thing being they'd be happy! so..

MJ was damaged by just about every trauma he had as a child b/c it seemed there was no one there to really protect him! But Schmuley & this always bugged me, always intimated he thought Michael was a pedophile! When he wasn't!!!

    He didn't know MJ

  • Read his autobiography. It'll give you some insight to his feelings towards his father as he was growing up.

  • he just got his azz whipped like the rest of us!

  • Ha, not true at all. The Jacksons are covering up for Joe now, they are down playing his abuse in the press these days. Michael, Latoy, Jackie and Marlon have all spoken out in the past about how abusive he was, but they are only changing their tune now due to the fact that they have probably forgiven Joe and tired of the all the bad press the Jackson family has gotten. However senstive MJ might have been, he was not lying about Joe at all. Joe was abusive and it's been confirmed by many.

  • But mj said he forgave joseph an the work out there difference he had learned that his father was a man trying to hold it down with a big family to support. MJ SAID HE WAS Genius in the bishir interview. But bashir said but he scared u for life. My father was the same way I turned out okay.

  • Yeah I noticed the same thing. Tito is like his father a bit when it comes to parenting. Michael was so sensitive...........really sad.

  • Also Marlon's marrying young WAS the way that all affected him!!!

He wanted no part of it from the start. Marriage was his safe place then. He also didn't want to be like his father, just like MJ, so he kept his ass at home!

    Good for him!

  • I thought Schmuley did get Michael, he played tapes of MJ saying he was fearful of being in relationships with women because as a young boy he saw how strippers manipulated men in the strip clubs and how women only slept with his brothers and father because of the Jackson 5 fame. Schmuley also said that MJ would walk down the street and beg people to talk to him and treat him like a regular person, not a star. Schmuley is one of the few people who provided that kind of insight about Michael.

  • 0.16- 0.17 love that move x

  • This is so good. Michael Jackson was the best.

  • Oh Mike, I miss you. May you rest in peace.

  • Nobody could even come to doing it better than The Jacksons. Wish I could've seen these guys live in concert.

  • i read his wife ran over his leg because he was cheating on her with paula abdul.

  • thats sadd i miss himmm :''[

  • Makes me sad not to see jackie..love him!

I love them all! This is great..thxz for uploading..

Hey did anyone else see marlon @ 1:44? Kinda hot LOLZ and Randy @ 3:07 to 3:13 oh lala fine ass right there!

  • Love that move at 2:03

    <3 MJ

  • I love it when Michael does those pelvic thrust,he was so sexy.......Oh...so sexy talented and beautiful..I love you and miss you so much my beloved Michael. May you have peace.........finally.

  • i so agree with you

  • part of me wishes that he had kept doing his tours with his brothers. it just makes it such a good package. and he looks so right standing there with them at his side. but then again, he still kicks ass by himself haha

  • @danserchique i think him staying with them kept him safe and he made him more productive music wise. cause when he was with them they made music every other year and it was great music at that not crap. his solo stuff with out them was great aswell but i bet we would have way much more

  • Jackie provide his part of vocals on this tour from behind the stage..I saw it on Entertainment Tonight him singing into a mic while the brothes performed song after song..

  • do they have dvd for this tour

  • "Michael Jackson" is so cool, and his new artist "AKNU" is following right in his foot steps.

  • this is one of my favorite songs by the jacksons. its so funky :)

  • The guy who just released a book about taped conversations he had with Michael Jackson mentioned MJ developed a distrust of women because of performing in strip clubs with his brothers as a pre-teen and SEEING HIS BROTHERS GET SCREWED BY WOMAN!! Enid must have been one of those women.

Didn't Jermaine also have a lot of troubles with women? I believe a female was married to Randy and then jumped to Jermaine or vice versa!! Wasn't 'Billy Jean' inspired by the troubles of Michael's brothers??

  • Billie Jean was inspired by a rabid fan.

The story is in the lyrics!

And Michael's brothers are to blame for having sex with women in front of him when he was young. THEY were the ones who were supposed to be looking out for him.....not the hootchies!!

I don't think MJ ever felt safe in the world b/c of his childhood....I think he only felt safe around children!

And Rabbi Schmuley betrayed MJ's trust so I don't care what he says or how he interprets what MJ said!!!

  • I know Rabbi Schmuley comes across as a MONEY-GRUBBING SCUMBAG, but I thought he had very good insight on Michael, not the tabloid BULL SH@# you hear from the haters.

Marlon(just like Michael) was also in his pre-teens and was around the strippers, saw his brothers have sex and watched his father sleep around and he didn't develop the mistrust of women that Michael allegedly had. Didn't Marlon get married at 19? I guess that stuff affects kids in different ways

  • I know I thought about Marlon's age too.

But MJ was the one who was the focus of abuse so he was the one who became ultra-sensitive!!!

Schmuley didn't get MJ at all! He'd go on about how being rich & famous didn't make MJ happy b/c he didn't understand MJ's suffering. The abuse messed him up!

Women actually were the ones MJ trusted the most, Liz ,Liza , Diana Ross & his mother, they were his confidants! Not men!

Schmuley like so many misinterpreted Michael's feelings. He didn't get it!

  • This is an extraordinary group of entertainers. I have chills.

  • Why can't they release a proper dvd of this concert!@

  • very sexy attitude of Michael in this video especially at the beginning. miss you Michael. Love you

  • DALLAS!

  • i got a poster of michael in that outfit on my wall : )

  • ese grito caracteristico del Michael, queda para el recuerdo

  • Comment removed

  • MJ SHOULD HAV A STATUE

  • abuse leaves it's mark on people and don't know any other way, so I've heard.

  • MJ was always sooo intense when performing

  • marlon is copying michael because he looks at michael lol, mike's the man

  • he is pretty damn sexy here lol

  • AWESOME

  • Damn Michael is soooo damn sexy here :O

  • 1:26

  • :26-:36 michael looked so damn sexy and hot! he was just so in control of that stage. so so so good looking and so so so talented. 4EVER MJ

  • girl shut up and back the fuck off he wouldn't want yo ghetto ass anyways

  • 1st of all BITCH i've never been to the ghetto, which is obviously where ur ass is from

  • girl you live in the funkin ghetto so shut yo shit up and shut my big toe with all that shit ha dont reply back thaxxx

  • wherez jackie

  • Jackie's leg was injured this time.

look up the Jacksons video torture there's a pop-up version with lots of interesting info... I dk if all is true But something must have heppened to his leg

  • yes,his wife ran his leg over in a car after catching him at the drive in with paula abdul.

  • Yeah, I read that. but I didn't want to be gossiping, when I rewrote something about Randy I just had read somewhere I felt bad. Sometimes Ijust wonder why we (yes me too) care about these things when music is what matters.

    No hurt pls :)

  • Comment removed

  • marlon is doin his best mj impression lol bless him!! ;)

  • Bullshit. He was doing him! He wasn't copying michael one fucking iota.

  • hang on before you get all rude and start swearing at me....Marlon has said many times he always looked up to Michael and would try to copy him on stage those are marlons words, maybe you should look it up before givin me abuse!

  • That's rubbish. Looking up to him is not exactly copying.

  • its not rubbish its a fact its even on youtube somwhere im gonna try to find it,he says michael is so magnetic on the stage you watch in amazement even try to copy but no one can keep up! its a radio interview whilst they where on the victory tour. ive been a fan of the jacksons and michael since a toddler so please dont insult me!

  • I guess after all of those years of his Dad beatin' his ass telling him to "do it like Michael" it became a habit. LOL

  • LMAO Marlon is in his own world back there. Too funny.

  • damn mike was cold. u see how he kicked it off???

  • of course

  • uh did anybody notice that jackie was missing????

  • Jackie had a knee injury and missed the whole Victory tour.

  • he didnt miss all of it just the second leg

  • According to tell-all Jackson book written by Jermaine's former common-law wife Margaret, Jackie had a broken leg because Enid (Jackie's wife at the time) ran over it with her car after she caught Jackie and Paula Adbul kissing each other at the movie theatre. I read the book online last week and finished it in 3 days because it was very interesting!

  • you so mean, his dad use to beat him and say that

  • Unfortunately, supposedly his mother said the same thing. Latoya stated in her autobiography,"Growing Up In The Jackson Family', that her mother said this to her, after listening to a song he had recorded. She didn't say this to his face. She told him it was good. She supposedly said, "Marlon knosws he can't sing, etc.". I don't know if it's true considering the source. But, then it wouldn't surprise me if she did say this.

  • Latoya cannot be trusted! She also said MJ was a pedofile. Marlon's record was a hit. Her's not at all.

  • Cassball, on the 20/20 exclusive interview, LaToya was forced by her then-husband to say that Michael was a pedophile. You have to remember that Jack Gordon was a very abusive manipulating husband. If LaToya didn't read what Jack wrote in a piece of paper, then he will beat her and kill her. LaToya said to ET that Michael forgave her and she was glad that they have a close brother and sister relationship again. Go watch her Dutch interview and the 20/20 interviews on here.

  • I was responding to UhuraSong's comments. They quoted from Latoya's book about Marlon not being able to sing. Read the UhuraSong's comment from a month ago to understand what my comment.

I still don't trust her because her strory changes all the time. First she said Blanket's parents were picked from a catalogue now she 's saying Mike told her Blanket is Hispanic.

  • No, the Triumph tour was in 1981. Check out the opening song Can you feel it. There's a spot where the crotch grabbing happens. It's not as obvious as the Bad Tour, but he still does it.

  • Notice, the crotch grabbing was all about the dance. He was grabbing his crotch since the Triumph tour. Just to punctuate the music.

  • triumph tour?

  • Victory, I think.

  • marlon can dance but he had problems with rythm and even with singing. its been said by most of his family and alos in the movie the jacksons an american dream. his father used to tell marlon to do it like michael all the time. coz mike did it better yet he was younger than him. so he was always trying to outdo michael when they were little. their mother wrote about thins in her book

  • Also, as someone else pointed out, this is all choreographed. You can tell that Marlon and Michael was supposed to be doing the same moves. At one point Marlon kics his leg and Michael moves his head like he was kicked in the head. I think them dancing together like that is cute. I imagine that as little boys growing up, they probably danced around together all the time...copying each other or trying to outdo the other. lol

  • Awesome video! I love it! But I don't think Michael and Marlon had a rivalry at all. From what I've always been able to tell, Marlon has a very gentle disposition. I don't think he competed with Michael. I also don't think he was copying Michael. As others have pointed out, he and Michael were close in age. They grew up dancing together. Janet always says that Marlon is the one who taught her how to dance...not Michael. I think they developed moves together...Mchael just did it better.

  • This is good, but take a look at Michael doing this song about 7 years later on the Bad tour. I don't think he was ever sexier!

  • great performance

  • I don't understand why there isn't any official Jackson 5 concert DVD's or OTW & BAD tour Its so in demand and am sure would sell very well! the record labels just don't seem to be bothered, its beyond me!

  • SevenLives, I'm sure once they settle where MJ gets buried, what(or who) killed him and who gets his money, Joe Jackson, Randy, Tito, Marlon, Jermaine, Jackie, Rebe and Latoya will join together and start to REALLY capitalize on all the material they did with MJ....the Victory Tour, Jackson 5 material, Jacksons material.

I left out Janet and Kathrine because Janet is already a huge star and Kathrine NEVER sought to be in the spotlight like her husband and kids did.

  • I hope so, its long overdue!

  • i like this song by micheal and his brothers the jackson 5. it is an amzaing song and dance by the jacksons.

  • Baaaaaaaaaaaaaah....nota dez essa performance dos irmãos JACKSONS

  • One of his best shows...he was tight here...dancing, voice and sharp....not like some of his other videos...he barely looks in the audience, and looks at his feet...he usually doesn't do this..like on the anniversary video..he looking down the whole time.

  • I liked the Victory album but yes Mike was the man with his moves and talent. He definitely had more than the rest of them including Janet.
