all the comments about 720 corks and 360 corks you are aware that a cork is a 540 degree spin ur faceing up when you kick the then floor 180 then up again 360 you dont land then do you u finish off and come back to faceing down again makeing a 540 spin a double cork is a 1080 spin just watch it init

@Yme377 yeah I had that problem at first, basically what you are doing is not using your leg and your arms together, I know it sounds weird but in reality its because either your jump isn't high enough, or that your leg isn't generating the force it needs to, basically get a quick j-step kick hard, but don't think about kicking so much as swinging that leg through as hard as you can. Post a vid and I'll post a vid on my advice to you, a tut if you will, but geared towards you.

@bergz666 Thanks bro this video is from a long time ago when i first learned them, i could do a cork swing through but i got surgery that didnt let me do anything, im so ready to get out there and start freerunning again.
@bergz666 a double cork is when your head goes under your sholders twice so a 720 cork wouldnt automaticly make it a dub cork dude;] well thats in snowborad and skis idk about parkour
