I don't know why the quality's bad, but I uploaded it directly from my PS3. The reason these clips are so short and don't have music or that good stuff is because I render them in the game itself and it uploads from Black Ops on my PS3. However, there's a strict 30 second time limit, and those seconds are FAST seconds.
