I feel that i'm among a major minority. I'm 17 and not a single one of my friends (who are all knowledgeable about cars and bikes) even knows what a norton is. I think it's disgusting... these bikes deserve way more attention.
thats true for the amal carbs,mikunis dont have ticklers,just a choke.get that carb set right,it will fire on first kick,everytime.i grew up on norton,bsa and triumphs.also now have 56 vincent black shadow as daily rider.road king harley for the long trips.. yall all ride safe..wave if you see me ,catch me if you can!!
Dude....tickle the carbs, throw the choke, get it on top dead center, then kick that baby. Tickle, Choke, Kick it. No really, these bikes are awesome, they are the Plymouth Barracuda's of the motorcycle world.
if you payed attention smartass i also said i had the original amal carbs and air cleaner. why would it matter to you you are to tired to care

thanks for comment hotrod i have owned a lot of motorcycles and i always seem to go back to the triumphs and nortons they have a sound of there own.

@tonydoc903 for myself, its the look and the rareness. im a harley guy but nortons have that kind of soul wich most of current bikes don't have
