The signature in DocuSign is not just an image. It is an image you create, but it is linked to your DocuSign ID which is a credential stored in the DocuSign network that you CAN'T copy. The final document is also digitally sealed so it shows valid if it has not been tampered with. Just stamping an image in a document really *IS* scary. That is why you want DocuSign's protection. If you want even more authentication, DocuSign has that also.
In Estonia we use digital certificates to sign documents electronicaly, which officialy proove your identity. For that we take a document needed to be signed, put you id card in to smart card reader, put you id card pin number...and ur document is signed. And the best part is that our goverment, any other institution or any company would accept it
Not sure how secure this technology is, but in my opinion, it would be nice if documents could be verified using 2 step authentication or something like that.
Can't you take a stylus from some old PDA or something and use it to sign on your iPhone or iPad or whatever device? I get irritated using my finger to sign something electronically

somewhat related to your video about targeted ads. I was just searching for used cars, then
i came to watch this video and I saw an ad at the bottom of the video for used cars.

Take a picture of your signature, throw it into Photoshop, done.

Or scan it and throw it into Photoshop (surely everyone has a scanner in this day and age), that's what I usually do

@LordReserei01 well I do too, but my camera is closer than my scanner (in the next room) :P
