I got a little weedwacker running on hydroxy, it runs a 2 kilowatt permanent magnet moter, the electrolysis costs me about 75 watts to get the hydroxy. I dont claim over unity because I need to put a gallon of distilled water in the hydroxy generator every 3 or 4 months if its on 24/7.. does it count or is it "free energy"?

If you ran your car on crude oil it would not generate the same energy as if you ran it on refined crude oil (Gasoline).

By refining the gasoline you have not achieved "over unity" a fast breeder reactor does the same job as an oil refinery. It does not actually "make" any energy it merely converts that which was always within the feedstock into a far more usable form from which more energy can be extracted.
