Have you ever kicked someone who defends their kick with these defenses. They are a last resort when it comes to defense, as a great defense to a kick is a swift punch in the face. However, those defenses are equally amazing if done well. I once kicked my sifu as hard as I could with a muay thai round house, only for all of it to be absorbed into his leg, like I was kicking a pillowed spring.. which I felt that built up energy in my stomache as I flew backwards.
