At the very least if the various tracks had the same volume and if there was a smooth transition it would have been much better.

Cohesive literally means the quality with which two or more things adhere to each other. In this case it just means that the audio should sound more like a single continuous piece. in other words: "...to make the audio track fit together more."

yeah, it also would have been better if your actors didnt jump around too much on screen, also I believe I saw the boom mike in one of the scenes.
Also another thing to mention is the special effects were kinda cheesy, it made it look like cartoonish at some points
