  • u look perfectly fine, but if u want to lose weight hun its not only about planned workouts. u have to put it in ur every day life. example: park further away when u go to the store, defenantly watch out for calories (u know that one), but always take ur vitamines and always carry a power or granola bar in ur purse. i know it sounds like something a fatty would do but its for ur own good. your a veg just like me and your probably on a diet know too which is gonna lower your protein income a bit.

  • Be careful and like i said, take care of your vitamins. btw, if u want to take a good energy supplament buy some genseng pills. i take 2 every morning and i jog 6 at 7 am. it works realy well. good luck and i wish u the best.

    oh, and less fast food, i learned a trick, drink allot of juice and then eat a bar, oats and stuff, and take care.

  • Hello! If you want to lose 15 pounds, I wish you the best of luck. I have to lose about 12 times that much. We all have different goals but the method is the same. Eat well, work out, and stay motivated. We can do it!

  • Hey! If you switch from coke to water or juice you'll notice you feel a lot better. And no more fast food! Since you're a vegetarian I guess you won't want to make your own healthy sandwiches but you could always get some yummy cereal!

  • when ever you feel bad,. drop to the floor, do some crunches, leg lifts,. what ever,. you don't have to go out, don't have to dress up,. and you don't have to take a lot of time to do it

  • It's not really about being skinny...it's about being healthy. Just make sure you make the right choices when you eat and exercise on a regular basis...running a little, moderate exercise, anything. Just make sure you don't under/over do it...also, NO SODA lol. The big thing is you have to stick to it. Going on and off like I have doesn't work very well...but I found a program that works and I have stuck with it since the summer and i lost (as of last Saturday...) 10.1% of my total body fat

    but im working on one a day, instead of cutting it out because i get massive headaches without it :/

  • It more about being healthy! :) I'm about 15 pounds more then I "should" be. If I had a camera I would totally do the sxephil thing!

  • Unless you are a runner to begin with, running 2 miles a day, 3 days a week will be impossible. I'm about 35 pounds overweight and I have never been a runner. I went in with the same principle as you but that much is really hard to just run straight. Just trying to give you some advice so you don't go in too hard on yourself and then feel dejected.

  • I do run, I used to run a lot..like a lot! haha but once i stopped and went into college i gained weight fast :/ so yah
