I've seen plenty of horror movies but this is the one classic horror that really freaked me the fuck out. Carrie was such a nice girl and really was just preyed upon by misfortune. The prom scene where she is in complete happiness and then turns completely possesed by the devil is just creepy. Well done Stephan king.

I saw Carrie when it first came out, it was & still is an iconic film, quite moving in parts, school kids sure can be mean. Personally not sure i like the idea of a re-make...i mean why spoil a good thing.

I still have a signed copy of the book, a treasured possession, & very interesting meeting Stephen King & his wife Tabitha....it was just after the film came out & they were living in Fleet, England, & i just happened to run a bookshop at the time.... :)
