their refusal of recorders and video in the courts is they would rathar not have recordsof the crimes they are committing. You might also carefully takenote of court reporttings after the fact as I have never yet seen one written as to what took place in entirety. They are covering thier tracks as if one day they are brought before the internation criminal court they wantthe truth wel hidden
i am fighting for my friend who has been in jail for 2 months on a misdemeaner in witch he refuses to give his name----it's ok because we are placing leins on the court, the judge, the cops,----wow----the contracts we sent need a 30 day reply and we have no reply---i guess they are bound to our contracts and now we should be rich shortly...
bla bla who cares, it was the press. They suck at what they do anyway. nanny nanny boo boo bullshit, now your in jail, lol!. Now if this was an actual human id be upset.
Making people pay for this is crazy, this should come out of the money salaries of the court people, if they are willing to starve with Sam then they should have aurthority, otherwise STOP wasting OTHER people's money and hurting a HUMAN BEING over such b.s. Maybe someone will stick that camera up that judge's ass, if everyone must keep paying to keep this HUMAN BEING as a prisoner over such petty-ness, judge petty-ness.
It seems it was legal for Sam to record up until the time they arrested him and it has since become legal again to record.
It also seems that the court has established new rules as a means of denying rights that every citizen of the various English speaking countries has enjoyed for about 240 years.
No, I clearly stated that recording was something legal, then illegal, then legal and I did not refer recording as a right.
The right I refer to is the right to a Writ of Habeas Corpus, which has been a guaranteed right to citizens of English speaking countries except during various wars.
Now perhaps the judge fulfilled the requirements by "looking over" and denying the writs submitted to him. I say he's pulling technicalities out of his black-robed behind to deny freedom to a non-criminal.
NH law allows pictures and audio to be taken at all public hearings(court, city hall, etc...). By that same token, video is allowed to be filmed, because it is just a sieries of pictures w/ audio. They had no legal right to arrest him. The last time I was in court(to support a reletive) the judge made speach of any kind a crime. He said that if anyone so much as whispered he would hold us in contempt for a week. That is jail for week for speaking. Can anyone say "Black Robed Tyranny"?
"NH law allows pictures and audio to be taken at all public hearings"
But he wasn't videoing a public hearing, he was videoing in the area outside the courtroom. If you've ever been to court you'll know that a lot of client/attorney stuff goes on outside the courtroom. It's not just an empty corridor.
Well even so, it is not different inside the courtroom then it is outside. Now that brings up questions. That is a public hallway, in a public building.
The government there is wasting all this money to hold this guy for refusing to give his name when the only cause was that he was video taping a court procedure??? Common sense says let the man be free. These gov't control freaks need to find another method of employment if they are so anal retentive to think they are doing the public good in this case.
In law they can only issue your punishment if you give them your name, but hey, they make up laws all the time, Im sure they'll get around to destroying this method of protection just like they have destroyed the rights to free speech and warrants before arrest/detainment/confiscation.
Yea, i know. It sounds a bit incomplete but thats what the laws seem to suggest... at least in Britain, and these are old laws, way back when the US adopted them and afterall, they can't prosecute the wrong guy... what if he was in a coma with no ID?
If the writs were dismessied without prejudice, the errors may be corrected and resubmitted. If dismissed with prejudice, there should be an appeal process to a higher court. Keep up the great work. I hope to live in NH one day soon so that I may join the freedom movement there and assist in any way possible.
Sam Sam Superman, kryptonite the gavel. Take away the kryptonite and see it all unravel. I can't stand to fly I'm not that naive I'm just out to find the better part of me I'm more that a bird I'm more than a plane I'm only a man in a phony red sheet I'm only a man looking for a dream I'm only a man in the phony red sheet And it's it's not easy... It's not easy to be free.

The law is an ass.
The courts are inside that ass.
No wonder why the whole system stinks.

Slaves do not comunicate to masters. Free men comunicate to who they wish because they have no master.

Slaves are not entitled to anything.

I think that some people are confusing rights with privileges.
If a judge consents to having a particular case videotaped that doesn't mean it has become a citizen's right to video every court case.
A judge can legally ask a videographer to stop filming just as he can declare a particular hearing closed to the public.

"In law they can only issue your punishment if you give them your name".
I don't believe that. If it were that simple then every criminal would use it as a way to avoid going to jail.
