that looks like a "Prosport" Gauge. Ive been trying to figure it out for so long, and thats the closest thing that looks like it.

@ibanezkid07 a boost controller basically plays a trick on your wastegate. wastegates only hold so much boost. a boost controller changes that bybasically holding back boost preasure which allows your turbo to create more boost while only letting so much boost get to the wastegate.

yeah not much left from when it was sals, motor been swapped a few times, different tranny , different seats and dash different suspension and brakes, about the only thing left from when it was sals car is the shell and gas tank lol

I made my own using 2 npt nipples a spring and a ball bearing lol... works tits for 10psi i havent gone any higher since im still on stock injectors

I am happy with what I have, and I would have bought this if it weren't brass (check out a few dragster shops online for an all Aluminum version of the pieces of this, and you can build them in colors for the same price as the brass ones are at the hardware store... I want to PM the OP here, the parts used could be turned over to a complete catalogued product and marketed much more prevalently without any additional costs...

There is a source for ceramic balls in bulk on eBay. If you are looking to squish even the "king" of these things, those balls wouldn't raise your manufacturing costs, and they would make your BCS about 3x as fast reacting. Ceramic is wicked light, and has almost zero stiction. Friction is nearly as low as stiction on these things.

It is nice to see a demo with a clean built motor behind it. I have heard countless tales of the hardware store boost controller being the best possible solution. I admit that the Hallman piece is just that, but the maker did go to the ends of the earth sourcing the best possible materials for each component.

on most boosted set ups you remove the pcv set up and vent the block and valve cover into catch cans. the 63 ar exhaust should allow for fast spool, perhaps what you are seeing in reality is spike and then it settles, are you using any sort of MBC at all right now or just wastegate spring? i will gladly make you a MBC if you feel it might help your issue.

good question, the controller it self is designed to hold boost at a steady level, however if you have a waste gate that is not set up or designed properly you cannot over come this with my boost controller. i will say this i have sold over 50 single stages so far and not one person has had any issues.

im running a sr20det t3t4 .60 compressor , .63 exhaust . 50 trim .top mount garrett , tial wg 38 mm i may just be loosing to much exhaust i hit 4500 and it starts to drop in all gears but fifth it goees up to 9psi before i let off . Im still trying to make since of it . FMIC i do have the wrong pcv valve gonna order the right one tomorrow . if you have any ideas please help .

not at this time i dont, im pretty happy with how it runs now and im not breaking trannys or anything else.

I havnt been back to the dyno since making a few changes , i made 512 on 21 last time i was on the dyno. i have since street tuned it to 22 psi and my 1/4 mph went from 134 to 138 but i have no idea on the power.

my boost controller can easily raise your boost, however the exact amount thats safe to raise it to will depend on your set up and tune, consult a suby tuner to find out and let me know if you need a great deal on a MBC :)
