It's not my fault that cuisine in Denmark is so crap. Maybe if the shops sold more than a handful of ingredients people might experiment. But there are only so many ways you can cook pork, potatoes and carrots, and only so many ways you can spice using salt and pepper.

They are most definitely NOT called "smorbrrror"!
It's "smørrebrød". The Ø is pronounced like the EA in "Earl", or the U in "burn".
