  • your tecnique is horribole bad u r some tuf motherfucker, if u improve your tecnique u'll be a fucking monster! im not hating

  • learn hook grip and get lower and u could prolly get crazy weight

  • fucking craaazy !respect.

  • how often did you do cleans in your routine?

  • Good. But there was no "press".

  • @lyonsd1875 thats because it's a jerk.. if he was pressing the weight it would say clean and press. but it doesn't..

  • Strong lift. I don't recommend jumping out when doing those though, you're putting dynamic sudden pressure on your knees. If your knees start hurting and/or having problems that might be why. Really get your form good (see an Olympic weight lifting coach or an Olympic lifter and ask them about form) and you'll be able to do even more. I'd say you've got a 400 lb.+ clean and jerk in you which is VERY good.

  • very powerful

  • Very strong dude, but that was not a press.

  • @thesku11s thats because it was a jerk.

  • That was quick!!!!

  • not gona hate on you cuss you get mad props i cant tuch that weigh !! but if you droped your ass you could probly kill so much more weight!

  • dude keep it up! thats amazing, scary, yet amazing lol. props

  • I don´t know but it looks like it gonna hit his foot at first

  • Dude, he made that look easy my best is only 230.

  • Didn't fool me. But I wont give your secret away. :)

  • SQUAT?

  • i hate squats, my max was 450.

  • impressive

  • how long did ya train for that?

  • lol, 8 years of power lifting

  • So i might get there too;-)

i train only for 3 month now,and im afraid its not workin.

    Whats your benchmaximum?

is 110 kg good for a beginner?

  • i don't do that much bench. my max is 350 lbs. (159 kg). 110kg is good to start.

  • awesome lift how much you weigh

  • nice but I say you could do more with better technique ;-) probably 360

  • ya, i've been working on my feet... they have a mind of their own

  • the key is to completely rack the bar on the shouldes, that way you don't need a wide straight legged stance do support the weight.

  • ya, i hear ya. i'm a discus thrower, so i have those long ass arms. makes getting my elbows locked out very hard!

  • in my opinion you should power jerk its technically easier . you need to drop down under the bar. take a look at some weightlifting vids, pyros dimas is a famous lifter who does power jerks pretty good

  • @steveoflyz practice by doing front squat..that's what helped me. And remember to do them fast.

  • @steveoflyz Depending on individual proportions your clean grip may be a bit wider than what most people prescribe.

  • is there such an exercise where you start with it on the ground and clean it to a squat and then AS* you squat up, you simultaneously press the bar up ???

  • look up a lift called "the snatch"

  • no, i mean pressing the bar up AS you squat up, in the snatch you have your arms fully extended right before you come up.....but kind of

  • haven't seen a lift like that. i'd imagine it'd be hard to keep one's balance doing those two actions at once.

  • carbiduis: check out barbell thruster...it's a crossfit exercise, but more for conditioning purposes.

  • Insane dude.

  • strong kid

  • isnt this a clean&jerk? looks good btw, pretty strong

  • nice man
