    Before filming in SL ..

    Press cnt alt delete ... find SecondLife.exe in your running programs - right click and pick 'set affinity' then UNCHECK one of those (either 0 or 1)

    This will stop all that jumpy flickering. Its a bug due to having dual vid cards.
