  • Gotta say the NX class looks badass

  • Archer would have been portrayed better as Dr. Sam Beckett, who had quantum leaped into Captain Archers body...

  • @CrimsonMystery

    Oh boy!

  • Greatest star trek ending ever :) :) :) :) :)

  • A shame that Sisko and Janeway kinda got left out in the cold on this one, but I guess Janeway's not exactly popular, and Sisko didn't get to do a whole lot of exploring.

  • @Raguleader besides, they didn't command a ship named Enterprise...

  • @Raguleader and they weren't Enterprises....

  • love that star trek enterprise end music

  • Shame they ended the show... :-(

  • I seriously hope they will make another USS-Enterprise show... The B can do.... the C can do... the J can do... and everything between E and J can do, including the E

  • TRIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!

  • Very fitting that Enterprise ends with the infamous opening title line from TOS and TNG. Thank you Gene Roddenberry for showing us that we can become something more. We shall continue to make your dream a reality.

  • Why does it sound like they used cheap recording, for their voices. It sounds really different than the other final scene videos on youtube.

  • I wish that federation was real, because it bringd peple toghter.

every single shiped named enterprise has been a shiop with soul and heart

  • I always loved enterprise. I thought they should make seasons 5-7, maybe based around the formation of the federation and the tension with the romulans. At least a movie . . . come on people.

  • Scott Bakula sounds bored out of his mind.

  • Ugh, horrible.

Sam Beckett hasn't earned the right to speak alongside those Trek legends.

  • This was the best part of the entire episode, I'm almost sorry to say. came full-circle, but I can still rant about them killing off Trip. xD; A la Tasha Yar, anyone?

  • TRIP WAS THE BEST PERSON IN THE ENTIRE FRIGGIN CREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (besides archer) THEY WERE BEING RETARDED WHEN THEY KILLED HIM OFF!!! ='[

  • I suggest you buy and read the enterprise novel "The good that men do." If you liked Trip that much, I garuntee, you will enjoy it.

  • this does give the series a full circel feel doesnt it?

  • yep, you're right, i think it is a good ending, although not a perfect one. Would be better, if they showed Riker and Troi in the USS Titan or the Enterprise E, instead of the Ent D, cause they already look old :-P

  • that is a valid point and probably the only thing most people would fo changed

  • i think they should have shown the pheonix. If it wasnt for that flight those ships wouldnt even exist

  • @ChiefX The idea of this episode of Enterprise was a tie in with the TNG episode "The Pegasus" from season 7. Although I liked the Enterpise story, turning it into a Halo Deck simulation was assinine and basicly makes thier finaly into the sub-plot of a Next Generation episode. Unlike "In the Mirror Darkly" witch pays tribute to the original series, but still respect ST:E as it's own show.

  • @ChiefX I think Enterprise would've been a whole lot better with an actual Star Trek intro. I prefer this series over the rest of them tbh, and the Kirk series. It's a shame then ended it :(

  • Scott Bakula recorded a speech like Picard's and Kirk's introduction which said "where no HUMAN has gone before" just before the start of series 3 with plans to create an entirely new intro but the production team decided to scrap it and continue with the original enterprise song.

  • It does but that does give a chance for the new Star Trek crew to taverse the Final Frontier.

  • Someone complete this with me.

"Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise. It's continuing mission..."

  • "...to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations..."

  • "To boldly go where no man has gone before."

  • Who can't resist Kirk's voice?

  • @ChiefX "...to boldly go where no man has gone before"

  • @ChiefX

"To endeavor the human adventure, to boldly go, where no man has ever gone before"

  • @ChiefX ..."to boldy go where no man has gone before"

  • "...to boldly go where no man has gone before."

  • @ChiefX "to boldly go....where no man.....where no one....has gone before"

  • @wetherall1 :) you can't beat the Star Trek intro/monologue/outro :)))

  • @ChiefX To boldly go whe no man has gone before

  • @ChiefX "To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before!"

  • @ChiefX "...To boldly go where no man has gone before."

  • "...to boldly go where no man has gone before."

  • @elrichc OY!!!! It's "to boldly go where no ONE has gone before"!! :-)

  • @masere In TOS it was "...where no man..." It became "...no one..." in TNG. And if you watch this video Capt. Archer says "...man..."

  • "... To boldly go where no man has gone before."

  • @ChiefX ''...to boldly go where no one has gone before.''

  • @ChiefX "... to boldy go where no man has gone before."

  • @ChiefX

...To boldly go where no man...no ONE has gone before.

  • @ChiefX to boldly go where no man, where no-one has gone before

  • I can't help but shed manly tears every time I see this...

  • It a shame they cancel this amazing saga.

  • Star Trek is incredibly resilient. This ain't the end.....

  • im hoping for a new trilogy with jjs new trek

also hearing rumors about a new show taking place during tos but with different characters on a different ship

but my real hope is for either tng to do a REAL final film or for a jj style tng reboot

  • applausi

  • The best ending of this show!!!!

  • This might not have been the best epiode, and REALLY not the way to end the series, but this part was one of my favorite moments in the show.

  • good quality

  • This clip is okay.

The episode itself is a lot better if you pretend it's Rick Berman apologising for all the times he's fucked Star Trek.

That being the case: Apology accepted Rick, but just answer me this... did you really think Shinzon would rival Khan??

  • Maybe I'm the only one that felt ripped off by that episode.

They didn't need Riker, and they didn't need to gratuitously kill anyone.

  • the plot to kill off tucker was stupid as they didn't kill off anyone else in the other series apart from tasha yar who got killed almost instantly in tng also the riker scenes wern't badbut didn't fit in with the context.

  • Lest we forget our fallen redshirts...

  • i felt ripped off too to have riker and troi in it in their old TNG uniforms in 2370 was stupid they both looked too old for the time they were supposed to be in if the show would hve done their homework right they should have had riker and troi in their first contact uniforms in 2379 that way they looked the part of the time they were from anybody agree with me?

  • Look Robin, they did their homework very well. That episode did not happen in the "present" of the current continuity, it happened during the Nex Gen time line, during a Nex Gen episode. I grant you that this episode was terrible, but the continutiy was fine, just a little unbelievable that during that episode Riker made his decision based on logs of the NX-01.

  • Especially since they were showing the footage of Enterprise D and not Enterprise E. I think that should have hinted towards the TNG time line.

  • or better yet show the Titan.

  • Well, maybe Archer's Enterprise....

  • an Kirk´s an Picard,s Enteprises too, and you know it...

  • LONG LIVE THE ENTERPRISE!!!

  • definately the best part of the episode, too bad the rest of it could have been much better

  • Man they shoulda made the episode better D= this scene was a good scene to go out with but the episode being better woulda helped set the mood alot more...

  • The only good scene of this episode....

  • This video ties in very well sens htey screwed it up with the NX-01-NCC(1701)-E video with the same name has this...lol

  • by the way...they need to add in Enterprise-E in befor the Enterprise-D sens they go all down to the first ship in this overview :D

  • Cool video, fitting ending to whats supposed to be the final Star Trek TV series, but one, Enterprise shouldnt of ended. Two, this shouldnt of been the final Star Trek TV series and three, this final episode wasnt done all that well. IMO, All Good Things from TNG was the best series finale.

  • Hmmm. Pretty cool chap'.

  • series was okay. it started to get better toward the end in my opinion. and then we had this episode lmfao. this endin supposedly wasnt even the original endin. the producers supposedly were originally goin to have riker say "computer, end program" and then walk out of the holodeck and credits roll. imagine if that had happened how much more horrible this episode would b lol?

  • It was a good ending...but felt like the Next Generation crew "stole" the thunder of the Enterprise crew.

  • I think that was a good end to the series, but it was good the series ended there because it was already turning bad and would have got worse and worse.

  • A great final scene for Trek. Shame the episode in general sucked major balls.

  • I only recently became a star trek fan...I use to HATE TNG and TOS as a kid...but TNG became my fav....and after i despised DS9...that became another favorite. Enterprise at first I thought was stupid, but honestly its a good series, with great characters and story line. It is ashame that it got cut out too short.

  • Nice ending.

  • The Enterprise D looked A LOT better here than in TNG.

Are you blind, or just so desperate to critise ENT you'll make things up?

Don't answer, we all already know.

  • Personally I hated those big pink bussard ramscoops, they should have been red. But I agree the graphics are a step up, especially when compared to the horrible early seasons of TNG (shudder)

  • this episode payed tribute to all the series, which ties in at this final scene

no, it wasnt the best episode, but it definitely felt like the end

    thnx 4 that

  • It felt like not just an end to ST:Ent, but to the franchise.

I know they just approved the new Star Trek movie, but its about a young Kirk and Spook... with Matt Damon playing Kirk. *shudder*

    Poor ST.

  • The Enterprise-D looked worse on this show than it did on it's own! Man this show sucked!

  • of course this one and tng was just trying to resirect the magic of the first one tng did alot better then enterprize though.

  • DATA is destroyed... lol they should bring back Enterprise

  • Agrees with Medley!

  • DS9 will always be my fave Trek, but I'm simply a fan of them all. Heck, even Voyager had its moments... I very much liked Enterprise and wish it had continued on...

  • I'm really sick of people bashing this great show and this episode was good. A good ending too. "To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before"!!! Go Star Trek!!!

  • Bah, TNG will always be the best. I hope to see Data again.

  • I agree. TNG was the best of all the Star Trek series. (although DS9 was still good.)

  • Didn't enjoy this episode very much I have to say. Besides the clip posted here.

Enterprise itself though, was brilliant. Series 3 and 4 brough new life to the series with grander story arcs than DS9. Shame so many have heard it was poor from people who'd only seen series 1 and 2, and simply agreed with them like the sheep they are.

RIP Enterprise, the best Star Trek to date.

  • Dregi, what the fuck are you talking about? This episode was great!

  • I think he means that by setting the final episode as a holodeck sequence from TNG, it was an unsult to the cast of Enterprise iteself. I remember reading that many of them were upset about it. Like saying "you're not good enough to carry it through to the end"

  • the series was good this episode was an insult

    to all

a final fuck you from braga

who pissed off th his shiney new show

with a big grin on his face

  • ha ha, your shitty show got pwned

  • Just listen to Scott Bukulas voice when his part kicks in, it sounds so amateurish compared to Patrick Stewart and William Shatner.

  • I think it could have been a bit ironic, just for my 2 centsworth, why not have first words,"Space, the final" from Scott Bakula,"Frontier, these are the" Jeff Hunter(if those words can be found from clips from the Menegarie or the original,"The Cage",then "Star Ship Enterprise, her" William Shatner,"ongoing mission, to seek out" with Leonard Nimoy from ST:TWOK,"new life..." and end with with Patrick Stewart's "where noone has gone before"! Comments welcome!

  • I believe there isn't the opening monologue on "The Cage" pilot episode of "Star Trek: The Original Series". There isn't that monologue on the "When No Man Has Gone Before" pilot episode either.

  • Yeah that was pretty sweet. It brought a tear to my eye.

  • All those ships were CGI, as is documented on many sites. 1701 was a redress of 'Defiant' from a couple of episodes back; 1701-D was an update of other CGI Galaxies, and the NX-01 was her old plodding self.

Enjoyable episode; crappy finale. Still, the finish made me cry.

  • this clip isnt as clear as the one that actually aired, All NCC-1701 and NCC-1701-D Were both actuall recreated from scratch for this scene... while granted the series got cut sooner than it should've, this last scene does give us some nice "closure" to star trek on the small screen. While may complain that it didnt show the Enterprise-E This last scene shows tribute to Star Trek in its original form, a televison series. Hence the reason the NX-01, 1701, and 1701-D are shown....

  • the episode itself was shite, i think enterprise had potential to be great, but there was something not right

  • to much warfare.

  • NX-01's captain is archer. 1701 and 1701-A's catpain kirk, and 1701-D, 1701-E picard

  • actually 1701's first captain was Pike... then Kirk 1701-A was Kirk then Spock (as he became captain and Kirk became Admiral)then Kirk again

  • Actually, Robert April came even before Christopher Pike...

  • Who the hell is Robert April?

    :-|

  • He was the very first Captain of the Enterprise NCC-1701. After his tenure, he was succeeded by Christopher Pike. He was never in any of the episodes, but part of the lore and backstory. In photographs, he was actually depicted by Gene Roddenberry. That makes Kirk the 3rd Captain of the 1701...

  • It's not yet been determined how canonical April is since he hasn't been mentioned/appeared in any live-action works (only TAS). But if you count him and consider all on-screen productions, this would be the complete list of commanding officers on the enterprise:

[NX-01] Archer; [NCC-1701] April, Pike, Kirk, Decker, Spock; [NCC-1701-A] Kirk; [NCC-1701-B] Harriman; [NCC-1701-C] Garrett; [NCC-1701-D] Picard, Riker, (Jellico); and [NCC-1701-E] Picard; ...final as far as we know.

  • Enterprise-J Is in Enterprise

  • I liked this scene...the series not so much. but i think the shoulda started with kirk and ended wiht archer, or the other way aroundl

  • When I first saw this, it gave me goosebumps! I love this scene from the last episode.

  • They should have done it in reverse, starting with Archer and finishing with Picard

  • it isn't animation. Those are teh orginal models of NX-01 and NCC-1701

  • Um.. it's pretty obvious that it's CGI, not models.

  • That was my favorite scene of the whole episode...

  • The other 2 were just older that's all. The animation technology just wasn't as good. In fact with the original it was a model I think, not computer graphics?

  • i wonder why did they use crapy animation for the other two enterprises

  • ditto. TATV was dreadful.

  • This scene was the best part of this crappy episode.
