Manchester is an incompetent and unfrieldy host of large events. It is not suited to hosting national or international sporting events. It should focus on local sporting events.
Why blame all the decent Rangers fans because Manchester could not extend a civillised welcome to visitors? A few dozen drunks could have been dealt with properly without attacking families with children and then trying to demonise the entire city of Glasgow.
