Comercial was good, I get the point....snake was eating ice cream and other snake came and wanted to eat too...snake 1 didnt want to share and got pissed off...they both argued, and then they noticed ice cream was melting away...then they learned to share...and because they learned to share they were rewarded with more ice cream from the sky

I only find 3 things weird about this video: they both glowed, sense when snakes eat ice cream, and why was ice cream falling from the sky?

You are both as far from the truth as possible. It was Apple that pushed DRM free music to be implemented as Standard. I have bought music from the Apple store and am amble to share it with whomever I please. DRM is a Microsoft speciality.

microsoft didnt invent DRM it has been around since the 70's, and, it was used by apple in itunes ('fairplay') before microsoft was even in the music game.

Zune's commercials are going really good. I mean - iPod ones are excelent, but somehow I prefer zunes, because they actually show the way I experience music while listening it from mp3 player, wich is dreaming and using imagination, not just dancing (If I were dancing on the street to the music, that ony I can hear it would look stupid). But I'm buying an iPod. Why? For 2 reasons. 1. Zune isn't avalible in Europe. 2. When I was installing zune software, my computer froze. Microsoft, I guess. ;)

why would you want a big screen on an mp3/ movie player? I either take it you're poor and don't have a tv (but then again you bought a zune), OR you want to watch movies on the comfort of the shaky bus while you go from school to home, in which case it could likely be stolen from you.
