Cuz pokemon on Diamond/Pearl/Platinum you can find wild pokemon between lvl's 2 and 5 at the very beggining of the game and i've found 1 starly at lvl 1 before but w/e

How does that happen the person in the store just like appear? So all you have to do is look at your stuff, walk in, then walk out, then click L+R, walk in he gives you the Azure Flute, and you go to the grass and you get a shiny pokemon. Do you have buy the action replay? Isn't like cheating? Not being a real pokemon trainer? How did you get all of those TM? Is there another way? Can you do this for free?

I usually don't condone hacking, especially in multiplayer games, but if there's ever been one series of games I LOVE using hacks in, it's Pokemon. Getting unlimited rare/shiny Pokemon is awesome. Starting with legendary Pokemon is awesome. As long as it doesn't spill into Wi-fi battles, I'm all for it.
