Ramsay is a disgusting example of workplace bully behaviour. He gives a shocking example to aspiring chefs and non-chefs alike. He is nasty, intimidating and impatient. You either have to suck his balls or quit. His private life is one of an adulterer and neo-king. He really needs to be taken down a size or two, especially his head size. People are surprised how nice he can be in real life, just like with Simon Cowell. They're both playing to an audience. Yes, Gordon has a quick temper in the kitchen, yes he swears like a sailor, but if he were THAT nasty to all his employees all the time, his staff turnover rate would be so high he'd never get a restaurant off the ground.

tap water (at least here in Canada) contains chlorine... using it will give of a smell... take tea for example, you DO see a difference if you use filtered water, just better tea... also in the restaurants when they serve water, sometimes it smells so strongly of chlorine that i wanna open my own restaurant and call it "water not from tap" haha

We are lucky here in Finland, tap water is _really_ clean. But you can notice the difference, in the countryside it's even better, tastes different, better in my opinion. Well it's great to have tap water system, many countries don't have that.
