  • bet you these fuck heads couldnt hit off darvish..go TEXAS..DARVISH BABY..

  • The Yankees learned their lesson with Kei Igawa and Hideki Irabru, they need to look at Roy Oswalt or look to trade for King Felix....

  • god THESE (not all) americans are so ignorant. Its like they only saw one short clip of darvish in their lives and now they have a right to bash him and say hes not worth it. They have no fucking idea what theyre in for when darvish joins the mlb and proves everyone wrong

  • @theGREATcoolio Nobody is disrespecting Darvish's capability but if you look at Matsuzaka's MLB career, he was good for only about one year. MLB isn't some pantywaist league. The best of the best from all over the world play here. And don't give me any WBC statistics crap. One Baseball team does not represent an entire leagues capability.

  • @filipinowhiteboy diasuke is 6 foot even. Darvish is 6'5''. Darvish throws harder, walks less batters, and has a japanese era almost 1 run lower than dice-k. DARVISH ISNT DICE-K, and he is definitely better

  • @tnos10 so was disuke.

  • @theGREATcoolio I've got $500 right now that Darvish has a losing record this year.

  • Exactly. i think they will make a trade for the young talented gio gonzalez. and they are favored to get this cuban kid from a cuban all star team, so i think they'll be ok because even though they havent made any big splashes, the yanks are being smart

  • @NYY200912 Too late. My home team the Washington Nationals already claimed him

  • i say go for him

  • @NYY200912 I say forget it, he's coming to Toronto, hahaha!!!

  • @TheCroatiaKid lol i bleed yankee blue

  • @NYY200912 respect. the Yankees are the most successful major sports franchise in history.

  • @TheCroatiaKid haha, i dont know if the yanks should go for him, they have had bad luck with japanese pitchers in the past, especially kei igawa and chein ming wang!

  • @NYY200912 If it's true that the Jays have won the bid, I'm really excited. Apparently he has better numbers and pitch quality than any Japanese pitcher that has made the MLB transition before, so I don't think he'll be a bust like Igawa.

  • @TheCroatiaKid Well, it looks like the yanks will just have to made a trade for king felix!

  • @NYY200912 I fear the Yankees are giving up too much of their future every time they make a trade to get another quality guy. It seems, especially with pitchers, your Yankees are having some bad luck of late...Rivera and CC are obviously awesome. Yes, Jays fan here, but got props for the yankees, as I'm a habs fan in hockey...and know their tradition is important, not to just to NYC, but to all other baseball fans too.

  • @Jethromcsheepherder Couldn't have said it any better myself. The ysnks have caught some bad breaks especially with pitching. CC is a tank, he was a huge succes, burnett is soo inconsistent but his last start againsed detroit he pitched the game of his life. hughes has been a bust. nova has been great. and soriano in the pen has also been a bust, so it will just take one sucesful sign to put us back over the hump. and the jays have a great future ahead of them with some great young players.

  • @NYY200912 The Jays are doing the right thing, even though they lost out to the Rangers on Darvish. But I'm not surprised. Anthopolous only knows how to find talent for cheap, as he was ASST GM with the Expos before they moved. But the Jays have a huge tv deal, very rich owners..just no one going to the games because they are fed up with the crap. They have a chance to make a real team, and won't do it. It gets frustrating...and I won't buy tickets this year. I am fed up. Its my money, earn it.

  • @NYY200912 sorry, i should clarify, ran out of characters..even though the jays are doing the right thing with the youth, I'm not surprised they lost to the rangers because..then start my rant..lol...i get frustrated with the lack of taking a plunge, and you yankees fans have seen your management take too many of them...you gotta balance it..but i stand by not buying tickets until I see what type of team this is...the yankees should still be first this year though!

  • @Jethromcsheepherder i hope, they havent done much

  • @NYY200912 all they need is some consistent pitching, and they should be fine. They have the bats to keep up with pretty much any team, and as long as Rivera still has it, your games are but won when he takes the mound. Although the Jays have the money to take a plunge, they won't over commit to anyone. They want to build their team like Tampa, but have the money to retain their stars, supposedly. But the team has a limit of 5 year contracts now..been burned in the past I guess is why...

  • @TheCroatiaKid I must admit, the new Jays uniforms are fresh

  • @NYY200912 yes thank you, I love our new Jays uniforms.

  • @TheCroatiaKid Looks kinda like their old school unies from the early 19's

  • @NYY200912

Chien Ming Wang is not a Japanese. And Wang was pretty good when he was pitching for the Yankees

  • @yogifaye omg im so sorry

  • @TheCroatiaKid lol,u a jays fan?
