i have the studio 17 1749 but without the touchscreen.. i don't like smudges on my screen :P And it saves over 200 bucks :P and why would u type with an onscreen keyboard when u have a physical one right in front of you? I mean its a fun gadget but i can zoom in and out with the touchpad and scroll so no need for an touchscreen really.

@aRnE2396 yess they do. I just received mine. It kicks ass and the normal touchpad works nice to it can pinch and zoom and scroll pretty good :P. If u have enough money u could get the optional touchscreen but i already have an iphone for that :P When i'm editing video's i'm not really going to use it anyway :P

Awesome show offs ya got there. Im curious if the face regonition works well to log in? Did you try to put some friends in front of the webcam?
