I heard this song for the first time in 2002 at the QUY in Quartzite Ax. Roy Butler sang it as a love song for his wife at all his engagements. I was surprised to find that Johnny Cash and June Carter sang it long before that. I worked hard to write down the lyrics and memorized them. What a beautiful song.
