Thanks very much for the response, Andrew. I wasn't expecting a direct reply from you in here. Good answer. I play both drums and guitar. I've been much more into drums the past two years. I had to sell my guitar two years ago, but I plan on getting another one hopefully before too long.
I play both guitar and bass and I feel it helps me progress with both. Sometimes you may discover something on the bass and try it out on the guitar or vice versa. My two pennies. =)

Just out of curiosity, anyone play both guitar and bass equally well? Or how about guitar and drums? Or any instrument combination for that matter.
And do you think it's a bad idea to study two instruments at one time? Do you think you should master one before taking up another?

My answer to those would be to play what
you want whenever you want. You'll get
them all eventually. But, you must practice
and always remember... every minuet counts.
