  • Our government doesnt believe in the pursuit of happiness. It's not allowed.

  • Vote Yess!!

  • Proposition 19 will make an actual law preventing police from cooperating with the Feds over "lawfully seized" cannabis. This is where the pressure turns on them, because WE the people, want this.

  • Proposition 19 will make an actual law preventing police from cooperating with the Feds over "lawfully seized" cannabis. This is where the pressure turns on them, because WE the people, want this.

  • “it shall be LAWFUL to possess and cultivate marijuana for personal consumption”

    Californians support Proposition 19!

  • This does not legalize marijuana. Only the feds can do that. These folks are out right liers for letting people be mislead into thinking this will legalize.

The DEA can still bust you imprision you take your car, take your house. Ask .

  • Pure propaganda. It WILL NOT legalized the Federal rules remain the same

    Don't be fooled

  • @jamcparty

PROP 19 is NOT ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE FEDERAL LAW!!!!

IT is attempting to FLOUT FEDERAL LAW!!!!!!!

    JOIN US!!!

  • Haha well I'm a christian myself and YES, I'm not all holy and am a hardcore church member, BUT I believe in God, I follow His word and I believe that he is our Saviour. I do also believe that if marijuana is not abused by man, or constantly using it, it is NOT deadly, NOT addictive and NOT "sinful". God made this plant, thus, we have to find its wonderful use.

  • Please vote 19! Change the world, give hope to humanity.

The guy is right: it is logically, ethically, economically the thing to do. Invest honest money in a good cannabis regulated market, instead of the bandits black money market one.

  • xCannabis!

  • Legalize ¤ŤĦĈ¤ ҸշỞ

  • @noobHNTer great job noob!!!

  • Dont you understand that If we vote yes on prop 19, the federal government will just ban it? (as they just showed us with arizonas immigration law) Its better the way it is in California right now. Its like its legal. lets keep it the way it is.

Although Im a smoker, im voting 'no'. sad to say, but its a strategy move. the federal government will ban it through and through once they get their hands on it. dont give them the chance!

  • @ForYourFreeMind

dude no offense, but thats a terrible reason to vote no.. if the majority of California wants weed legal, and the government just says "No", there's gonna be tons of protests and lots of trouble.. after all, this is a democracy.. the federal government isn't just gonna overrule it, it wud cause sooo much trouble.. besides, what do u have to lose by voting yes??

  • @GraveDiggerIII read last weeks LA weekly. it tells you what I told you

  • @ForYourFreeMind

so ur basing ur opinion on one article from LA times? and it sounds like the article ur talking about is more of an editorial where people just write their opinion on the subject.. was it an actual report, or an opinion piece?

  • @GraveDiggerIII um. no. i wrote my opinion before the article. and its a little more than opinion in the article. it states FACTS as to why the passage of Prop19 hinders people such as growers and smokers who benifit more from the law the way it is

  • @ForYourFreeMind your a dumbass

  • @ihypno its cool man. you will see. and then when the federal government shuts down ALL marijuana sanctions in california, ill shoot you an email and call YOU a dumbass. dumbass. why dont you do some reading. perhaps last weeks LA weekly. you will see a 5 page report stating EXACTLY what i said over 3 weeks ago. Prop 19, will ruin the good thing Californians already have. eat shit fuckface

    dont belive the hype:

CALIFORNIA = YES FOR CANNABIS 2010

  • @novaflo339

yes this video was made before either initiative gained enough signatures for the ballots. Tax&Regulate you are our best current hope for cannabis change so lets go for it. Let's quasi legalize marijuana throughout California! Sure is better then the status quo and we can't wait 2 more years for change cause the effort might get pooped out.

  • @novaflo339 Don't worry Bro, buy the time of November Ballot I will vote for it to be passed.

  • @novaflo339

Have you read the text of Prop 19. If not please get informed. don't take my word for it go to tommy Chongs page. PROP 19 WILL NOT LEGALIZE!!!!!!

Only the Federal Government Can Please Don't be fooled thid is purley TAX and REGULATE

  • Amen!! I hope California is the first to legalize it...It is about damn time....END THE DRUG WARS!!!

  • I can already see the courtrooms across the Country flooding as people driving home after filling up their suitcase with pot and find it's not so legal in other States! This will not happen on a National level in the near future for the simple fact that this is the DEA's cash crop. I can already see the Feds pushing back on this because it's a vicious circle that works for them with your tax money. No buds to bust, no funding. I see this game going on for another 5-10 yrs on the Federal level.

  • @ucannotescape

Im from the UK - but I say this is vitally important for California to vote YES. This will demonstrate that drug policy reform has the support of the people.

A Yes vote in California is a step in the right direction to end prohibition and the failure that is the war on drugs

  • @rory997 I don't disagree with legalizing it, I have my card. One of the problems with having 50 States, you have 51 opinions. Plus a Federal Government with a mind of it's own. Even if the State's that have legalized it for medical reasons completely legalize it, our Federal Government won't recognize it. But that's how our Constitution and Bill of Rights intended the Statutory powers to be remain in control. It's our out of control Federal Government that took the powers from the States.

  • hi - you make a good point.

The Economist a while back said something about the USA being able to have 50+ experiments on the go until you get to the right decision.

The Federal Government will certainly have a say - all it will take is a different political wind and they may take a dimmer view even of medical marijuana.

The good news is - you guys are having the debate, and I wish you all the best in making it work. For all our sakes - best of luck to you I say.

  • "Fantastic! Although I work in the field of law enforcement, and I am politically conservative, I say right on and you've got my vote!"

  • @jjcivxx have you heard of LEAP?

If not you should get involved with them

  • and i want to have at least a POUND of 16 different Os

OAKSTERDAM is way too restrictive ensuring u have to keep wasting time & resources to go to a dispensary.

Buy in VARIETY & buy in bulk. That means greater than an OUNCE!

Support CCI, help gather signatures folks! Defeat Oaksterdam.

  • California Marijuana advocates do not sign Oaksterdam and get active with CCI!

California Marijuana laws should be the precedent for the rest of the nation. Leaving the decision to allow sales up to the individual counties & 480 CA Cities would lead to too much confusion & wasted resources spent pondering whether to eventually concede to allowing marijuana sales. Now consider that policy on a national level. what joke. LEGALIZE IT ACROSS the STATE. then the NATION WILL FOLLOW!

  • The California Cannabis Initiative is a REPEAL law.

If The California Cannabis Initiative passes, NO ONE WILL EVER GO TO PRISON FOR A MARIJUANA CRIME AGAIN!

Current marijuana prisoners will be set free and people can grow or possess as much marijuana as they please.

Do not confuse this initiative with the Oaksterdam initiative which sets a ONE OUNCE LIMIT on possession and adds several new felonies for marijuana.

The California Cannabis Initiative ends this nonsense.

    Volunteer today!

  • @BANKWITHBEARD

OMG are you mis informed. The DEA can and WILL continue to do what they will. PUT YOUR BUTT IN JAIL and confiscate your smoke, car ,home don't be a fool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it will only be legal when it is rescheduled.

    WAKE UP

  • As long as we can grow our own, I'm all for it.
