my baby girl is only 4 months and it its hard thinking about her growing up cause i will miss a lot cause me and her mom are not together and she lives with her mom i miss her every second of every day, i will miss some moments but daddy will allways be there for u melinda love you

I am so proud of my daughter, and this song sums it up for me. One year left and she will be in the O/R doing surgery. This song is so emotional I'm going to be a blubbering Dad when we dance at her wedding. Although she is an adult, She is truly daddy's little girl, I love her and am a very proud Dad! OK that's it, I'm getting emotional NOW.

my daddy has always been a workaholic and we've never spent much time together. he works seven days a week for more than 10 hours each day. i envy the girls whose dads constantly remind them that they're loved. i have done so many things since i was born that hurt my dad badly and i might just not deserve him. but nevertheless, this song makes me cry and i want my daddy to know that i love him a lot and i would die for him in a second.

Seriously--I LOVED HER FIRST-----wth--I held her first(helloooooo)---the Mother. Love the song--but it needs to be changed to the mother. The daddy is not all that--no where. Your mother does it all:)

my dad passed away moday the 21st day after fathers day my brother and i found him... worst day of my life... i dont think i will ever be the same again.. and its not fair my dad wont c me walk down the isle or my little brother graduate... daddy was 43... my brother is 17... and i will be 23 july 15th

This is the first time I have heard this song and I could not be more touched. I'm getting married and I have been looking for wedding songs to honor my father that passed away. I can't imagine a more fitting song than this. Just as long as I don't sob the entire time this song its perfect.
